Its interesting that the laws of physics provide sufficient contention to illicit belief in the divine increasingly within the scientific community.

Entropy describes the natural progression from the state of high order to a state of disorder and uniformity.

Yet we have life, where we see the levels of organisation increase.

The creation of life brings order from chaos when the natural trend is its opposite i.e. diametrically opposes entropic principle. 

On that basis life should be a physical impossibility and indicates that it is not a random occurrence.

 

For energy to exist there must also exist the intelligence to facilitate its creation and its continuance.

 

Natural Law exists in accordance with life and can be said to be defined by life (as with morality), life itself being the divine conference of intelligence that exists in order for physical seemingly random factors to converge forming the complex energetic systems of life.

 

In essence, I have to agree with @Macnamara with regard to common law since it derives from natural law, thus natural law and also common law are above man. i.e. divine law.

 

Self ownership is property law derived from natural law. We can see that man has the right to property as an extension of self ownership!

 

Democracy, direct or otherwise in its present format is mob rule.

No man has rights over another man nor can man confer rights he does not have to others. These simple truths seem to evade the common thought process!

Consideration of what is regarded as the morphic resonance, Akashic record, the Over-Soul or whatever term colloquially applied and how that it appears to be now in the process of being supplanted in favour of the creation of an AI Over-Soul through technology applied in the name of corona!

It appears to be continuation of the same process that has seen the demise of the tripartite common law system. The layering of one system over the other as common law has been over-layered with commercial doctrine - UCC.

 

The interconnectedness throughout this 3D system is self evident and as Macnamara noted in a recent post is well understood by those in control.

Something has to change. There's too many people satisfied and happy about ''protests''. Lots of protests but what has happened over time? Lockdowns, curfews and restrictions happen regardless. We can't even fly to most countries unless jabbed or having done a stupid test. No more job in Italy and other countries likely to follow. What does the resistance accomplish and should it not be different? And if we want a new system, how can we build it?

 

I see a lot of protests and people talk about what happens and that it's bad but what can we do to change all of it?

There is no human solution; however strong, intelligent, compassionate, wise, morally upright and skilled we might think we are. That is pride.

 

We all are living in a time of judgement. Comforts are being stripped, dreams are being destroyed and hope in man (including ourselves) is being crushed under the weight of all we see unfolding around us.

 

I was personally stripped naked of everything and saw my true condition - two decades before Covid.

 

As painful as it was and as humiliating as it was, it was the best thing that ever happened to me because the one who exposed my shame and made me small then lifted me up and covered me.

 

It helped me immensely that I had nothing left to lose, for I might well have continued in the way I was going.

 

So even as I mourn what I see happening around the world - the unnecessary suffering, the lies, the perversion, the brutality, the confusion, the terror - I am reminded of the place I had to be brought down to in order to finally repent and seek God's face.

 

I am at peace, even as the world turns to shit.

The Court voted 6-3 to deny injunctive relief to the Petitioners with two of the justices siding with the mandate being two Trump appointees: Kavanaugh and the deeply religious (so she says) Coney-Barrett. The dissent - which is well crafted and succinct - is written by Neil Gorsuch, perhaps the only conservative appointed by Trump out of his three picks. He wrote:

 

"Maine has adopted a new regulation requiring certain healthcare workers to receive COVID–19 vaccines if they wish to keep their jobs. Unlike comparable rules in most other States, Maine’s rule contains no exemption for those whose sincerely held religious  beliefs preclude them from accepting the vaccination.

The applicants before us are a physician who operates a medical practice and eight other healthcare workers. No one questions that these individuals have served patients on the front line of the COVID– 19 pandemic with bravery and grace for 18 months now.

 

Yet,  with Maine’s new rule coming into effect, one of the applicants has already lost her job for refusing to betray her faith; another risks the imminent loss of his medical practice. The applicants ask us to enjoin further enforcement of Maine’s new rule as to them, at least until we can decide whether to accept their petition for certiorari. I would grant that relief.

It's a setback but maybe the battle isn't lost. A Petition for Certiorari has been filed with the court but, as yet, no decision has been made on whether it will be heard. For anyone interested, the three dissenting justices are Gorsuch, Thomas, and Alito.

American Airlines Flight Cancellations “CXLD” means canceled. “UTC means unable to staff a crew.  “FA” means not enough flight attendants. “MX” means maintenance issue. 

 

Almost all of these flights were canceled due to crew shortages. American Airlines told workers they must be fully vaccinated against Covid by November 24th or face termination.

 

Earlier this month Southwest Airlines was forced to cancel thousands of flights which cost them $75 million after pilots boycotted their vaccine mandate.

 

These crew shortages are not a result of the weather. Airline employees refuse to have their medical choices dictated.
