I started a new job not so long ago and quit after three weeks, I refused to wear a stupid mask all day at all, laughed at the managers and their covid terror.. I could see it wasn't going to end well

I've already posted about this in the 'Come Together by Region?' thread in the Solutions forum.   But now here is the advert for the big event on the 29th August. It would be great if as ma

Summary meeting with MP.   Big sign on door saying have to wear a mask. Reptilian brain nearly kicked in and panicked - temptation to go to the store and buy one. Managed to keep it together

In the Three-Tier system which starts at "medium" then "high" and "very high" there is no “low."

The very high alert level, RED, will see people banned from socialising with other households both indoors and in private gardens, while bars and pubs will be closed unless they can operate as restaurants. Alcohol could be served in pubs operating as restaurants in these areas, but only as part of a meal. Residents will also be advised against travelling in and out of these areas, while it will be up local politicians as to whether other leisure venues such as gyms and casinos should also close.

The high level, AMBER, will see people prevented from socialising with other households indoors, although support bubbles will still be permitted. In these areas, the rule of six will continue to apply outdoors in public spaces, as well as private gardens.

The medium level, YELLOW, includes the "rule of six" and the 10pm curfew for pubs, bars and restaurants.

There is no low level, GREEN, to go... where all restrictions are lifted and we return to normaility.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FOURTH TIER?

Yvel is currently working on a COVID19 protective mask, ordered by one of its inveterate customers: a Chinese billionaire from Shanghai.

The mask provides the highest level of filtration (N-99) and meets the most stringent standards, and is slightly different from the other masks available on the market: it is the most expensive mask in the world, valued at $ 1,500,000.

The mask, designed by Orna and Isaac Levy, Yvel’s owners and designers, is made of 250 grams of pure 18k gold, and set with no less than 3,608 natural diamonds, with a total weight of about 210 carats.

I havent watched the news in months but with everyone discussing liverpool at the school gates I watched this morning....

I actually was dreading a second lockdown but was thinking "naaahhh no way" I was watching those people who had screamed for lockdown back out enjoying their lives and i thought no way will anyone want to go through that again....

Yet here we are... i feel just totally lost I have gotten through the last 6 months by just trying my best - home improvements, spending time with kids, lots of journaling, reflecting, planning...... I'm just getting back on my feet and so are my kids. I dont think I'll survive this a second time. I really dont think I can do it :(

Keep your chin up and block out all of the nonsense you see on the news. It's enough to turn someone to the bottle when you see the madness and programming going on.

Stick to concentrating on your kids, writing, spending time in nature etc. Do what's good for you. Stay on here. Where others can help and listen.

Hope you're doing okay as I say and remember that you're on the good side ☺️

May be this is the one attacking the kids, apparently worse for piglets.

Unbelievable

Birmingham council gives USED coronavirus swab tests to students in HIGH-RISK areas by accident

Used coronavirus swab tests were handed out to residents in high-risk neighborhoods of Birmingham city. Despite eyewitness testimony, authorities claim there was no cross-contamination.

Birmingham City Council volunteers accidentally distributed some 25 kits to seven households in the student area of Selly Oak as part of its “drop-and-collect” service on Tuesday. Some 237 Covid-19 cases have currently been reported in Selly Oak and surrounding neighborhoods, ranking the area as one of the city's worst coronavirus hotspots.

The council claimed the mistake was quickly realized and rectified before any potential cross-contamination could occur.

However, this version of events is disputed by Sophie Dunne, a recipient of one of the used kits who said that people had, in fact, opened and used the testing kits in question.

Its not irrelevant..Gates funds the corporate media, Bruce Lee is a paid mouthpiece like the rest.

Peru had the most draconian lockdown policy on the planet & the highest amount of deaths per capita.

Plus all this long covid is pseudo bollocks. No different from any other flu. For a virus that 99.8% fully recover & has only killed around 300 people in the Uk without underlying health conditions under the age of 60.

You can find tons of videos of Sweden if you look..

Also Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan..or the places without lockdown

Odd that.

I'm not going to dig my heels in here. If evidence is convincing I will take it on board. BUT If this is some sort of fakery.....it has convinced a whole lot of doctors and the horror of the swamped NHS was not imaginary. I know people who dealt with it.

The way it is being dealt with is clumsy and badly thought out....but I didn't vote for Bozza so .... I accept no blame.

It IS irrelevant in terms of you dismissing well thought out objections because you think they are from evil.com. Address the content....even evil arseholes can sometimes be accurate.

Chris Green MP for Bolton West handed in his resignation today as Parliamentary Private Secretary.

His letter of resignation is scathing of lockdown measures, states that the "attempted cure is worse than the disease" and calls for Government to listen to distinguished academics, epidemiologists and other specialist who may have "better alternatives" than the Government's approach

all this sounds cute, but that's it just cute

still puts "goverment" on top, which means they will do as the elite tells them...

and people don't see it....

Let's just concerntate on the test to start with.

Do you accept the number of cases on the whole is accurate or meaningless?

The test was never meant to stand alone as a diagnostic tool.

The false positive rate quoted by Dominic Raab, Foreign Secretary is said to be a whopping 93%

The virus hasn't been isolated, so how can a test detect it?

I accept nothing really. It all seems so very vague.

Said by whom? It could just as easily be way worse with many just quickly recovering. All very vague as I said.
