It's not even on the list of symptoms to go for a test for....it came back bloody positive and now all year 5 kids are off for two weeks. If people stopped going for tests this would be all gone in weeks That's interesting as I work within education and was told by a doctor to go get a test as I had a sore throat...it felt like just a really bad throat infection which you'd normally get antibiotics for. He insisted that this symptom was indeed linked to Covid and that I shouldn't go to work. He also wouldn't give anything for the sore throat, even though it was properly throbbing and I could hardly talk. I didn't bother with getting a test. Then I went to this cafe and it is all just bollocks. I'm sure that plastic is going to stop a deadly virus. Then some silly old bird came in with the full visa gear and I nearly burst out laughing. We are required to scan a QR code upon arrival to register... I like to bring my 17 year old Nokia 3310 mobile phone and hold it up to the barcode just to take the piss. I then tell the restraunt it won't scan. They then ask me to write down my name and number instead, so I list my name as "Iva Biggun" with a fake phone number. Great for the lulz, and I then take my seat at the restraunt, Keep an old phone just to do this, it's endless fun for all the family. Got told by receptionist to call 111 for cv issues. Patiently explained nothing to do with that. She constantly drivelled on about I’m sure I can appreciate how busy they are whilst doing nothing to resolve the problem. Explained to her that I could not appreciate how busy she was, as she was at work being paid to do her job and that everybody is busy at work.
