If you mean seizure by the tax authorities due to lack of planning, this may happen but it is possible for administrators of an intestate estate to get round this by putting assets into trust and/or varying how the intestacy rules are applied. Well in Austria they announced that unvaxxed have to wear masks in shops whilst the vaxxed can go without.
