After emailing the Unions letters on the 16th Aug to my home Manager who said she'd forward them to HR, I've heard nothing from them. Advised to send grievance letter which the Union wrote for me to amend with my details. It was a haunt of demons years back and appears to be just the same, if that's a typical snapshot. Reddit is appalling but at least there are enclaves here and there.
