Looking at the wording of the Equality Act 2010, 'Anti-vaxxers' should be protected from discrimination as belief is a protected characteristic.-

https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/part/2/chapter/1

Chapter 1Protected characteristics
4The protected characteristics

The following characteristics are protected characteristics—

    age;

    disability;

    gender reassignment;

    marriage and civil partnership;

    pregnancy and maternity;

    race;

    religion or belief;

    sex;

    sexual orientation.

and

10Religion or belief

(1)Religion means any religion and a reference to religion includes a reference to a lack of religion.

(2)Belief means any religious or philosophical belief and a reference to belief includes a reference to a lack of belief.

(3)In relation to the protected characteristic of religion or belief—

(a)a reference to a person who has a particular protected characteristic is a reference to a person of a particular religion or belief;

(b)a reference to persons who share a protected characteristic is a reference to persons who are of the same religion or belief.

philosophy

noun

/fəˈlɒsəfi/

/fəˈlɑːsəfi/
  1.
    [uncountable] the study of the nature and meaning of the universe and of human life

Yes I saw this last night. My only concern with this is it could be like putting a yellow star on yourselves. And if the push comes later on and the jabbered are whipped into a hysteria against those they perceive to be holding their 'freedoms' back then you could be in theory putting yourself at risk.

Another flaw with this is that the establishment don't really give a shit if you are a minority or not. They don't care about 'minorities' they just claim they do. So it really won't wash although I appreciate the genius of turning it around on them ultimately I don't think it'd work.

But at the same time I like the idea of being made identified by some fellow people who don't want the jab. That would actually be nice.

But they can throw any of that crap out of the window and people will just go along with it and that's anything that's in writing however ancient. All because people will ultimately go along with it in most cases.

Another thing about that idea is I don't see why I should lobby to be included as a minority when all I am doing is being a free human being in my own homeland.

Worth mulling over and as usual a touch of genius but I'm not sure about this.

Yeah, you're right it could make you a target. And also it's unlikely you would find yourself up against an honest judge if you had to take something like this to court. The laws are intentionally vaguely worded so they can be interpreted in different ways depending on what suits the establishment. They also like to leave loopholes in there to serve their own interests.

BTW, if you find a video on Twatter of one of these adverse reactions or someone recently died...make sure you forward it to #JeremyVine, who believes adverse reactions are made up & must be a conspiracy theory all them thousands signing that Yellow card scheme.

I dunno why they set it up, so that them anti vaxxxer covidiiots could pretend they died & what not.🙄💅

I guess he doesn't read the TGA safety reports. For example:

"Sadly, a 34-year-old woman from NSW died yesterday from confirmed TTS following a first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine. The TGA extends its sincerest condolences to her family and loved ones." https://www.tga.gov.au/periodic/covid-19-vaccine-weekly-safety-report-05-08-2021

Weekly reports archive: https://www.tga.gov.au/covid-19-vaccine-news-and-updates

I guess he thinks the government are conspiracy theorists too. Or maybe he thinks AstraZeneca is made up of conspiracy theorists, when they confirm:

Thrombosis and thrombocytopenia: "Some events had a fatal outcome"

http://www.guildlink.com.au/gc/ws/astra/pi.cfm?product=appc19vx10721

Capillary leak syndrome: "Fatal outcome has been reported"

Vaccine hesitancy is a symptom of people’s broken relationship with the state

From Khartoum to Kansas, vaccine conspiracy theorists have one thing in common: they have lost their faith in government

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2021/aug/15/vaccine-hesitancy-broken-relationship-state-conspiracy-theorists

😄 More Pulitzer Prize level journalism from the Guardian wank brigade.

😆

How times have changed. The Guardian used to actively promote 'vaccine conspiracy theories' and 'misinformation' , (admittedly that was way back in 2017). https://www.theguardian.com/science/2017/feb/09/ministers-lose-fight-to-stop-payouts-in-swine-flu-jab-narcolepsy-cases

'Let me come on your radio show and debate the covid-19 experimental jab with you. I will explain to you the facts about covid-19 and the reason why the experimental covid vaccine is not safe and doesn’t do what most people think it does. I will also explain why I believe the BBC is the most dishonest media organisation in the world.'

More chance of Scunthorpe winning the Champions League than Vine facing Coleman.

Cheers, so true.

Hes a disgrace trying to fob off the very real situation, that media refuse to discuss.

I have read that TGA site before & they seem to make it very difficult to access just how many fatalities, rather than just spell it out...when you compare to how many have actually died from Covid in Oz its a no brainer, unless you are suicide squad.🤭

Erm, that presupposes we had any faith in government to begin with. This from a paper that promoted Glen Greenwald too. Fucking chip wrapper.
