I have a lot, but not as many as you. I was buying a lot a few years back, but started running out of space, especially with games and books too.

There is pros and cons to both. Discs can deteriorate with bit rot over time, but hard drives can also fail. I guess that's the least of our worries though, and you can pick old stuff up pretty cheap to replace them unless it's rare.

True. Cex sells old dvds 50p

no one has been ramrodded into silence; the debate was one sided: I provided information to support what i was saying and the other two people provided insults and distraction. Anyone can view that debate in the split off thread and see for themselves. One of those people then took the thread off on a whole other satanic agenda

Re your point about being able to work with the beast tech on your terms i think you have completely ignored many of the points i made about smart phones. These are just the problems that i can think of off the top of my head but you can bet your ass there are going to be many more that i haven't even thought of

Your smart phone is listening to everything you and everyone around you is saying

Your smart phone is sending out EMF fields in very strange pulses which you and anyone around you is being exposed to. If you go into your phones settings you will find that it says in there that you should never hold your phone less than 10mm from your body and yet what is the first thing people do when they answer the phone? They put it to their head and where is it the rest of the time? its in your pocket against your body and even when you are not making or receiving a call your phone is still communicating with the nearby cell towers so its still irradiating you

When they upgrade the smart phone for the 5G system the phones will have phased arrays in them that will send a concentrated beam to the sub station or satellite and if you or anyone else is inbetween your phone and the sub stations or satellites that beam will pass through them having who knows what effect on their cells and DNA?

By buying a smart phone you create another nodal point on the smart grid and you fill the corporatocracies coffers with more money. You also create a market for the smart grid and the 5G network

Your smart phone is what they will get you to use for your vaccine passport and your ID2020 digital identity (until they can convince you to implant that into your body). Your smart phone is what they are going to use to track and trace everyone and also to make digital payments with the digital currency that rishi sunak has announced they are going to bring in

In short your smart phone is a fundamental part of the technocratic infrastructure

FYI  I dont ignore anything... I make my own determination about it. This is what I mean... you try to force your views and thats not on.  I said before, I do not use a smart phone insofar as it being connected to me. But phones are useful tools although should be used carefully. So please stop with the presumption that everyones phone is linked to them.

I use speakerphone for my calls...so definitely not attached to my ear. ( Used carefully)

I grasp peoples fears re 5G - I also grasp that there may be a connection to the `covid`vax re nano particles etc.  They only know you have a smart phone if you let them know... as I said before... I managed to enter Canada without the app so say required to trace your arrival etc. This covid agenda is speeding up the situation... and those buying the covid nonsense arent helping. They cannot force (yet) anyone to have one or even tell them they have one. If people volunteer this to authorities thats their stupidity IMO.

I know they are trying to force people to submit to track your own money.... but we arent there yet.  Maybe something will happen to put a spanner in the works...

All I said about you was - that I feel you can be quite pushy with your views and will say `I am right`- you may be right about some things but certainly not everything...for example I have pointed out that not everyone is connected to the grid with their phone and not everyone gives their info to authorities... so maybe we should be looking at ways to encourage careful use instead of being or at the least sounding arrogant. I do also see a need for phones to bring people together to protest and show unity re: covid bullshit.

I do see your point re: the two or three who brought their satanic views here. I had been dealing with some fallout from them for a few weeks. They do attack certain posters...and you and I seem to be on their `list`.... more reason for us to at least understand each others views even if not fully on board.

Both Danny Shine and Charlie Veitch are shills imo.

Danny Shine is into the depopulation and the climate change narrative afaik, and it's not satire.

Ohio Judge Orders Man Convicted Of Fentanyl Possession To Get Vaccine Or Face Jail Time

It's just a move from judge mandated joining of one cult to another, once upon a time it was join a 12 step programme or face jail to join the covid cult or face jail ,I think i'd opt for jail possibly better odds at surviving

Covid-19: Expect 'swift and severe' level 4 lockdown if Delta emerges

The LIES! The LIES!

Covid-19: The three little letters that may lead to a level 4 lockdown - NSW

Luke Malpass05:00, Aug 12 2021

Health Minister Chris-[We Will Hunt You Down] Hipkins says any future discovery of the Covid-19 Delta variant will lead to "swift and severe" action, including lockdowns.

ANALYSIS: The ominous warning of a quick level 4 lockdown in the event of the Delta strain of coronavirus arriving in New Zealand has clearly been prompted by three little letters: NSW.

The long-awaited report by Sir David Skegg and colleagues on how to open up New Zealand was clearly heavily influenced by the Delta variant and the New South Wales experience. The newish strain of Covid-19 has, in the space of less than two months, brought the Australian state to its knees. The Government will respond to the Skegg report today.

Covid-19 is now so out of control in NSW that Premier Gladys Berejiklian has admitted that the state won’t eliminate it now. But lockdowns will drag on because not enough of the population is vaccinated to stop hospitals being overrun.

It is the thing that, above all, else the Ardern Government wishes to avoid. And its avoidance technique will be drastic action.

The Delta variant is far more transmissible, results in higher rates of hospitalisation and increasingly affects those under 40 years of age more. Once out in the community it has proven almost impossible to control unless it is picked up very early and a hard lockdown ensues.

In the Skegg report, there was an ominous warning: that it is highly likely that even with all of the defences here, New Zealand is likely to have an outbreak “similar to that in NSW over the coming months”.

Less than two months ago, NSW was considered the “gold standard” in its response to Covid-19. It hadn’t adopted an official elimination strategy, but the contact tracing and testing system had meant that it had stamped out Covid in the state.

Where there were small flare-ups, or cases that had slipped the managed isolation net, its health machine whirred into action, got on top of the chains of transmission and instituted very localised lockdowns where required.

Reading on the bus? Stop! Scanner time
Scan a nearby Covid-19 QR code to stay safe

Then, on June 16 a single limousine driver ferrying people from Sydney airport, tested positive for the Delta strain. The NSW system fired up as it had before – over the ensuing weeks test numbers went up and various low level restrictions came in such as limits on gatherings and mask wearing.

Over the next week or so, the numbers simply increased. Ten days later – by June 26 – the state went into what New Zealanders would consider a light lockdown.

Over the weeks since, the lockdown has progressively got tougher. Most people are stuck at home. At the same time numbers have continued to creep up inexorably – with more than 344 recorded yesterday, with 65 infectious in the community. There have now been more than 6000 cases, 62 people are now in intensive care. At the time of writing 34 have died in the latest outbreak.

Unlike in New Zealand where outbreaks have been relatively small and the key figures are the numbers of cases and then the number of cases with unknown origin, NSW releases the numbers of case and the number of cases in the community while infectious.

The reason for giving this number is that while there are so many people out and about, the transmission won't stop. Early on, it appeared that it was simply loose rules and poor compliance.

It now appears that people are following the rules but Delta is so transmissible that even with the odd legitimate trip out of the house, the virus has spread. Even testing more than 130,000 people per day, the contact tracing system can't keep pace.

In NSW this has now effectively ended up with the worst of all worlds. Continued extended lockdowns, cases, deaths and Berejiklian all but running up the white flag and admitting the state will just have to learn to live with Covid-19.

NSW’s strategy is now to vaccinate as much of the population as quickly as possible and bring in compulsion where needed.

Want to work on construction site in Sydney? You’ll need a jab. Employers will now have the right to find out who in their workforce is vaccinated.

This is the worst-of-all-worlds situation that the Government here wants to avoid.

Once the population is vaccinated – which if our current rate continues will be about mid-January (although it will probably get faster from here) – there will be other options.

The brute politics of Covid-19 are simple: just as Berejiklian and Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison have gone from heroes to culprits in two months, no-one will thank our Government, Jacinda Ardern or Chris Hipkins in the event we need a long lockdown while waiting for people to get vaccinated.

i'm not 'forcing' my views on you anymore than you are 'forcing' your views on me

how come when i say what i think i am 'forcing' my views but when you say what you think that is ok?

its a public forum and we are all sharing our views. Now not every viewpoint is of equal value. Some contain more truth than others and some are founded upon deeper foundations of information and knowledge than others

Example A: ''smart phones are totally healthy and there is no smart grid''

v's

Example B: ''smart phones are unhealthy in a variety of ways and are part of a smart grid''

Example B is objectively more truthful than example A

Of course they will be linked to you because they have your voice pattern biomettrics

I don't agree with that in the same way that devices like alexa are recording everyones voice pattern biomettrics and feeding it all back to a central source

That is the whole point of 'smart' devices: that they send back data to a central source which will be an artificial intelligence that will run the smart-grid

people who have smart phones are being followed by GPS positioning as well as through their phone constantly pinging nearby cell phone towers

On top of that the police are tracking everyones phones using STINGRAY so they know where you are

The authorities know who owns each smart phone regardless of whether or not people download the track and trace app

you and millions of others engaging with smart tech is what makes it an inevitability

if you refused to do that like i am then it would not be possible and that's the hard truth.

Whatever he is and whatever he's doing GR, it makes me laugh. If he is subversive he's is doing it from a very oblique angle. I don't take it too seriously. Boris Johnson makes me laugh, the entire country of Australia makes me laugh, Mel Brooks films make me laugh... This whole thing is totally hilarious when you know the reality but watch these 'Leaders' and 'Scientists' spouting total bullshit. This 'pandemic' is the longest build up to a punchline in comedy history...
