She discusses what she and the others observed when looking at a blood sample under the microscope for 2 hours Translucent "particulates" as she called them, that were "colourful" - she didn't know what they were as none of them had seen anything like it before. These particulates were moving around and gravitated towards the edges of the glass plate. They were changing colours ! And grouping in clusters.
