MPs and campaigners alarmed at UK’s ‘discriminatory’ crime reduction plans

Government’s proposals include more frequent stop and search and making community service street cleaners ‘more visible’

MPs and campaigners have sounded alarm at a series of proposals in the government crime reduction plan, including more frequent stop and search, a trial of “alcohol tags” and criminals undertaking “visible” community service cleaning streets.

Liberty said the permanent relaxation of search powers would “compound discrimination in Britain and divide communities” and the former shadow home secretary, Diane Abbott, said it was “alarming and counter-productive.”

Labour said the policy was a “rehash” of a number of preannounced proposals and expansions of existing pilots.

The strategy will include a plan for every neighbourhood in England and Wales to have a named and contactable police officer as well as a league table for 101 and 999 answering times.

Boris Johnson said the “beating crime plan” was part of the commitment to “levelling up” parts of the country plagued by crime and antisocial behaviour, but Labour criticised the strategy as lacking vision and said police were demoralised.

Among the proposals in the strategy are:

Permanently relaxing conditions on the use of section 60 stop and search powers for police to tackle knife crime

Expanding the use of electronic monitoring for thieves upon release from prison

Trialling the use of alcohol tags – which detect alcohol in the sweat of offenders guilty of drink-fuelled crime – on prison leavers in Wales

Making unpaid work “more visible” by getting offenders to clean streets and open spaces

Offenders doing community service will wear hi-vis as they clear canals or clean graffiti. “The intention is to make the price of crime visible,” one Home Office source said.

Anger is a natural human emotion.  So is crying. Whether you choose to record yourself being angry, swearing, crying and publicise it is a choice.

A choice of wanting people to see you like it. Which is cringe.  There was a moment when the tears stopped even if real and he chose to upload it and destroy his nice calm man in a chair image. That he had built up.

Im sure it tugged on some followers heart strings as is was meant to but for others we thought “Why did you do that?”

I dunno man. I think some on here are looking and will only trust someone who is literally the perfect person. I can tell you the perfect person does not exist.

These are ordinary people with skin and bones made up of carbon like you and I. I wonder how we would fair putting ourselves out there for all to see - would we be able to be perfect in every regard for 50 years?

I think this all fits into the trying to find the one saviour category. The search for the perfect leader to get us out of all of this. There is no saviour. The only saviour is yourself. People are just trying their best in whatever form they can and all have their imperfections.......if we come together and support those that are at least making the effort despite the consequences, then perhaps on aggregate - as a collective, these imperfections will be nullified.

'Trust those with a little dirt on them'.

The squeaky clean are either hiding something or intending to use their grace as subterfuge for trust. I'd better trust someone who has done wrong in the past yet overcome it to better themselves than someone who had never done wrong for I don't know if they've been trialled by temptation or whether they could overcome it.

But the man who has done wrong, having overcome it in his past and had found redemption and grace is a better man in my eyes and I believe in the eyes of God.

I'd better trust he who can raise himself up than he who has yet to fall...

The consequences for some are making a lot of money out of it. I’m sure they quite easily bat off any negative comments when it is lucrative to them.

Seems it is only realy Africa that has escaped this mandatory depopulation clot shot. Considering they are the biggest culprits in the context of over population (if you believe that sort of thing) these psychopaths either want Africans to inherit the earth or their genocidal plot is a failure.

Exact-amundo. Its when we see how far one has come and how much they have bettered themselves that we see virtue. Politicians love to from those squeeky clean for they believe in this antiquated Judeo-Christian morality of right and wrong and most people bribe in it too.

Problem is everyone lies because this morality is comprised of saintly virtues and not he true morality of the common man. This is a major stumbling block to our freedom, the Judeo-Christian morality.

Nietzsche writes well on this subject and offers undeniable evidence that one should discard such beliefs for the sake of a new world.

Why don't they just put said offenders face on a large billboard, like the Chinese?

The meek inherit the Earth... Asians maybe? Really it means meek of spirit and esotericaly speaking the last race of the last age is leaving Earth following their many lives as new souls are arriving, those new souls are the meek I believe. Those leaving will so to heaven or the fires of hell. They've had their allotted time, a tough age granted but still law is law.

I suspect what we will find is that over the next 3 generations people will find that they struggle more and more to have children until the point when the culprits behind this depopulation clot shot are long since dead and all memory of this agenda has been wiped from the history books, people will have to rely on the state and medical industry in order to have children.

I believe each crime should increase the recommended sentance. So first crime equals the recommended sentence and then the second crime doubles that recommendation and third triples that one and so on.

Also a judge should determine whether they're sentenced to punishment or rehabilitation. Our prisons are a bit of each with some being traumatised and other taking the punishment easy. A psychological evaluation inn order to leave following sentence.

I believe crime can be eradicated. Its not a normal part of human life, its endemic of an unbalanced unhealthy society.

You are right.

Propaganda is the most effective tool to direct a population into something which they otherwise would not accept.

Thats why it exists and is used in the first place.

We all made mistakes in life and we all got it wrong at some point and will continue to do so.

But to me there is a point where even propaganda shouldnt work anymore. Thats when things become so unimaginable idotic and against everything you learned in life up to this point.

1 death, close down a city.

That alone is so far and beyond any functioning mind.  You do not have to understand anything to see that thats as ridicolous as it gets. You still can believe that there is a dangerous virus out there that kills everyone and it still would be the most ridicolous BS. Basically to me, there is no excuse to not understand that this is BS.

I cannot for the life of me feel for someone that does not get that. We all have our limits and some things to me are so blatanly stupid, you cannot empathize with it.

I think that here in Australia they have never had to fudge the death figures too much to convince people .That is because since last year has been a continuous supply of horror stories from other countries in the mainstream media to convince people here that even though we haven't been badly affected ,millions have died everywhere else .And if people try to say whats happening in Australia doesn't justify a lockdown then out "leaders " simply point the finger overseas and say that if we dont do something lots will die here too . There was even a 24hr Sky news Covid 19 channel ,dont know if it still exists as i stopped looking ages ago.

A similar thing is happening right now, except it's the opposite. Folks like Merkel think they can get away with murder because in her words, the war generation has nearly died out. Meanwhile they're censoring the fvck out of everything so current generations can't see what went on in those dark times.

It didn't tug on my heart strings and i don't have a problem with him choosing to record and show what he felt ,not everything has an ulterior motive .

My God....I love the French.

By the same token I loathe my fellow lily-livered Brits.

It's bleak man. Too many bulldog nationalists just bend over and accept the fvckery as long as the government brings up that WW2 spirit, and the left are no opposition under Starmer. I love my country, but I hate this government.

This TV series, an update on the 1980s version, has themes that cover the real-life Covid hysteria.

There is an episode in the first season called 'There Is No Normal Anymore' and in Episode 4, the aliens start giving a mass injection to humans that is meant to boost their immune system.  The injection was administered as part of the flu vaccine.

This may be slightly off context but smells like its a way to slowly also include the "anti-jab" in the mix along the way...

I strongly believe it is imminent..

Piers Morgan - He represents all the covert criminals in this country who steal from their aging parents, claim what they shouldn't, judge everyone else, think they work hard because they con people on their doorsteps, push their way into and feel entitled to do jobs they are really sh*t at, pay too much attention to designer clothes and think they are great with their bad manners and selfishness. Polished t*rds. They like ranting about anti-vaxxers to project their inner self loathing.

That's Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan to us peasants. Actually, he was born Piers Stefan O'Meara but changed it. He's a fucking weirdo, a con-man, a fraud, and a liar. Why people give him house room is baffling.
