Message added by Grumpy Owl,

This topic is for all general discussion regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. There are of course numerous other related topics for discussing specific aspects of this pandemic in more detail. And there are other parts of this forum for more 'off-topic' discussions.

digs are also good for peoples wellbeing. Its known that caring for an animal helps peoples mental health and mental health is interlinked with physical health

Agreed. Goes both ways in my opinion too. My dogs seem to sense when I'm down anyway.

I confess I haven't watched David Icke's latest video in its entirety.

as david says with some people the shutters just come down with some people and they refuse to listen no matter how much quality information you lay before them

My mum now has inflammation in her arm so both my parents have had adverse reactions to the jabs so this is all getting very personal for all of us. Its a direct attack on us and our loved ones and on our society as a whole

Water is crucial.

someone else raised the concern about spike protein being produced and shed by the jabbed and then being pee'd out which in many cities is then recycled back into drinking water

I think from memory london water is recycled about 11 times which would be a lot of spike protein going around and around

Water filters often offer fluoride filters or chlorine filters but who is offering spike protein filters?

A Uefa “what to bring” checklist reminds fans bringing their own hand sanitiser that the bottle shouldn’t be larger than 50ml.

That's certainly risky advice, some people use litres of the stuff every couple of hours.

From that article:

Covid: How to watch the England v Italy Euro 2020 final safely

Whether you’re watching from home, at the pub with friends or at Wembley stadium – make sure you’re following the guidance

What 'guidance' should one follow if watching the game on TV at home? 🤔

Its just behavioural messaging repetition.

Best guidance I can give is to leave the room during the advert breaks.

I can just picture people at home by themselves, wearing masks and frantically rubbing sanitiser into their hands every five minutes. Just to be safe of course, because everyone knows you can catch Covid through your TV 🤪 🤡

Epsilon is the fifth letter in the Greek alphabetic system, which is preceded by delta and followed by zeta letters. The sign represents a variable, like the symbols x, n, and T. In math and science, it may be used to denote an arbitrarily small quantity, like an error, or a value that can be taken as zero in some limit.

Yeah, I don't understand these 'variants' either. It's all Greek to me!

The Lambda Variant

There's an episode of the Gerry Anderson TV series from the 1970s, called "The Lambda Factor":

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0706346/plotsummary?ref_=tt_ov_pl

Quote

Lambda waves permeate Moonbase Alpha, causing instruments to malfunction and people to behave out of character. Crew member Sally dies in mysterious circumstances. Koenig is assailed by guilt-driven visions from his own past. It eventually becomes clear that the Lambda Variant has amplified psychic abilities on the base, in particular for Carolyn Powell, whose lover was previously Sally's boyfriend, and who is beset by jealous rage. Dr. Russell aids Koenig to overcome his own "ghosts", and prevent Carolyn from taking over the Moonbase.

Read into that brief plot synopsis what you will.

"people to behave out of character"

"amplified psychic abilities"

Of curious interest, is that this one episode of Space:1999 was written by Terrance Dicks, who was also a writer and script editor for Doctor Who around the same period.

yep.....It just seems like all the ''terminology'' has been extracted from that....

Alpha, Delta, Lambda....

This is the road to hell and the sooner the younger people wake up the better , I don't drink in pubs now because I can't afford to, but i do like to go to a restaurant now and then .

We all knew there would never be a Freedom Day it's all bullshit, give them their Euros Football and a little taste of freedom and between it all talk about a variant and a increase in cases , prepare the Muppets for another Autumn Winter lockdown, blackmail them until they get the vaccine, no vaccine , no holidays , no vaccine no Pubs , No Clubs , No Fun!

Welcome to the Pleasuredome

But only for the Rich !

There really is a sort of strange schadenfreude creeping in, where the vaxxed are taking great pleasure in the tyranny being promised for the refuseniks (if that's still an ok word, probably not). They are pushing for conformity, and feel justified to create this apartheid, egged on by the national newspapers, etc. They honestly think that if they have, then everyone else should, too.

This is the start of the unfortunate division....

Except without a wall...

For the pressure from them into us who do not want to be part of it, it is clear where and how this will end like..

Dr Hilary means do as he says, not as he does. “people at Wembley, most of them might be wearing masks but none of them will be when they are sitting down, will they” Says Dr Hilary sat down at a crowded Wimbledon…Without a mask.
