Theres about 40 channels of shit available freely in the UK and some of it is worth watching so i'll not be smashing mine just yet and i still haver enough of my faculties left to be able to distinguish what is worth watching for me and what will put me right off,so please dont assume everyone shares the belief that tv =bad internet echo chamber - good

That is just sowing more division`

I got rid of my tv a long, long time before I ever used internet forums mate.

No offence but in my humble opinion, you need the intellect of a fucking radish to be able to watch a television.

They are claiming that hospital admissions are rising so we shouldn't end lockdown. Is that them now admitting that the vaccines don't work?

They don't work for travel either.

From the 19th, the double jabbed with an NHS vaccine will be able to return from an amber country without doing the 10 day quarantine (at home etc.) and the second 8th day test.  They will still need to do a test in the foreign country of departure and on the second day on their return to the UK.   Not only do you have to find a clinic and pay for a swab test abroad, but having the risk of getting a positive result and unable to travel back home.  I am so jealous of the jabbered travel privileges.😄

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps unveiled the details in a Commons statement. The new rules, coming in on the same day as the lifting of other restrictions like masks, say:

  • From 4am on Monday July 19, arrivals from amber countries who are fully vaccinated with an NHS vaccine will no longer need to quarantine.
  • Tests will have to be taken before passengers travel home and two days after they arrive in the UK. There will be no need for a day eight test.
  • Children under 18 will be exempt from quarantine as long as they are travelling with a fully vaccinated adult. Under-fours will continue to be exempt from travel testing. Aged five to 10, they will only need to do a day two swab test. Eleven-to-18-years-old will need to take both a pre-departure test and a day two test.
  • The Government recommendation not to travel to amber countries for holidays will come to an end.

Its becoming what we once upon a time would wake up from and say ''had this nighmare last night''

glad its not real.....

Seems to me since March 2020 i won't be seeing my old folks in a near future....

They won't 'fly' because of the same reasons i won't......the fucking tests and the rest of it..

Its getting hard on people by the day.....it will not end well for the one responsible for all this and their accomplices.

This will get really bad before it gets remotely bearable..

The desperation to get the masses jabbed is being pushed as a matter of urgency & smacks of panic though controlled, which is how I view this whole debacle overall.

nah they just have a schedule to keep to

they want everyone nanotech'd and fused with the smart grid by 2030

Just bugger off.

Those calling for endless lockdowns should be put, in a place of safety away from the so-called deadly virus stalking the country, in an old nuclear bunker and cemented in, then everyone else can get on with their lives as normal.

Hi All, I actually need your help, you see I have managed to get some of my closed minded family to actually listen only took 15+ months. so I need to prove to them what I have been saying, so I need stuff that they can read short concise and to the point, think iPhone Facebook type you know they got the attention span of a two year old, not willing to do in depth research. but at least this is my chance any ideas please.

I can't find any info about whether I can travel and other rights I have .....  my having had 'covid' (i.e. the flu) and recovered. Clearly and consequently, I don't need any jabs. How do I prove I don't need a jab, do not need to quarantine (I think). I don't have any documented proof of my status except an email from gov saying I should isolate; which I did. There must be millions like me ..... surely. All I see are statements that allow the jabbed a little slack re travel. IMHO, the whole thing is f*cked up

Go to .gov and order an antibody test. I got one by saying I worked in care.

I was really sick in Dec 19. Mine came back negative but apparently the antibodies only last for 6 months. Doesn't mean I'm not immune but means I can't blag a passport. Yeadon says T cell immunity lasts for years. You might be able to blag it if you still have antibodies.

I'm certain that's what I had, but can't prove it in any way. Hopefully you can.
