You'd need one if you where to use EM like 5G to manipulate and target individuals by their unique bio responses. Helps track and trace via genetic fingerprints too. There's an article on the DI news page about Credo Mutwa from the 90s saying vaccines were being used to shield Africans eyes from God and their spirit.
