Your story brought back memories of when i was about 17 and after getting paid on a friday i'd clear off for the weekend and hitch wherever the lifts took me,no mobiles in fact we didn't even have a phone at home nobody worried they always knew i'd turn up on sunday ,hungry a bit bedraggled and full of tales of the people i'd met and the places i'd been.My future son in law is mid twenties and i wouldnt think he could catch a bus without assistance and without a phone he'd be mute 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
