I'm sure I saw something similar about Mauritius the other day. You'd think on these small islands in the middle of nowhere, that 'outbreaks' like these should be easy to contain and control. For starters, stop people coming in and going out, and the 'virus' cannot 'spread'. But the penny doesn't seem to be dropping here. Most of the population is vaccinated against 'Covid-19'. Yet now there is the biggest 'outbreak' since the start of all this. So what gives? But then again, we need clear definition of the word 'outbreak'. Is this based on 'cases' (ie people being tested 'positive') or people being sick (ie actually having symptoms)?
