It can't be worse than advertisements here in Belgium. They are so fucking puerile that they are an insult to a child's intelligence..

Can you imagine how much money these companies spend on this senseless advertising? How many people do you know who actually WATCH or read them.  I remember back in the days of ITV in the 1960's we would sit glued to the telly, until the stupid fucking ads came up, then the missus would go and make tea and the rest of us would turn down the sound until the ads were over, then one of us would yell "Its on!" and the missus would come in with the tea or whatever.

You don't need any kind of lanyard/doctor's note etc. I've travelled in and out of London mainline stations for a year, also been in supermarkets. Only place challenged was the underground (by staff). Said I was exempt and continued my journey. Download and keep handy the advice from the govts own website, which basically states everyone's exempt - it's all there.

Don't know, but as they've got the Sheeple where they want them, I doubt they're going to muck it up. Let them have their 2 weeks fun in the sun, then early/mid August wheel in the "Benidorm variant", blame it on the un-vaxxed holiday makers and restart lockdown early September.

I told someone who thinks things are winding down that the groundwork was being laid a few weeks ago when the "indian variant" fake narrative broke the surface.

 

He thinks I am deluded and that Herr Johnson is doing his best.

It reminded me of a conversation debatey thing I was having with someone I know a few months ago who's fell for it all.  I said something like it's all about control and his response was ' how the fuck are we being controlled then ' . Sure, could go that way, they're certainly nasty enough to do it. Won't be long until we find out. Whichever way it goes, if we're in lockdown at the end of September then it's hard to see how anyone can deny what's really going on.
