Notice protests are newsworthy again this weekend!

We had two here in Birmingham yesterday:

Day of city centre protests includes one person sitting in road vs traffic

As a group of around 80 protesters marched around Birmingham in their campaign against a new police bill, climate change protesters were also on the Bristol Road

Two separate but very different types of protests were carried out in Birmingham city centre this weekend.

While one Extinction Rebellion supporter worried about climate change sat down alone on a busy main road a group of around 80 people marched across the city centre to demand "We want justice!" in their campaign against a new police bill.

Extinction Rebellion Birmingham issued a press statement about the actions of "Fran" on Bristol Road.

The release was headlined: "I will not be a bystander’: Two years on from Parliament’s declaration of climate emergency local person takes action in Birmingham with 100s of others around the UK."

The note continued: "On Bristol Road at 11am today, a local person stopped traffic for over an hour by peacefully sitting in the road wearing a sign that read 'I’m terrified of a disastrous old age because of the climate crisis'.

"As she sat in the way of oncoming traffic, Fran risked her life in order to speak out about Government inaction on climate two years on from Parliament’s declaration of an environment and climate emergency."

Saturday's action in Selly Oak was part of a co-ordinated 'Rebellion of One' plan which happened in towns and cities across the UK, from Aberdeen to Yarmouth.

A 'Waves of Rebellion' will see more protests held each month in the build-up a UN Climate Change Conference called COP26 in Glasgow in November.

This was interesting (my emphasis in bold):

West Midlands Police said: "Around 80 people gathered in Victoria Square on Saturday afternoon before some walked down New Street, Bull Street, Colmore Row and back to Victoria Square before moving off.

"There was no disorder and no arrests. West Midlands Police was not given advance notice of the protest."

The article goes on to explain what the 'Kill The Bill' protests are about:

Quote

Why are they protesting?

'Kill the bill' protesters are worried that if the Police, Crimes, Sentencing and Courts Bill becomes law it will be a draconian measure to limit people's rights to use their civil liberties to protest in a democracy whereas the Home Office argues that people not involved in protests also have a right - to get on with their lives.

A Home Office policy paper "factsheet" last updated on April 16, 20201 features a quote from Her Majesty’s Inspector of Constabulary, Matt Parr CB who said: "Protests are an important part of our vibrant and tolerant democracy. Under human rights law, we all have the right to gather and express our views. But these rights are not absolute rights.

"The balance may tip too readily in favour of protesters when – as is often the case – the police do not accurately assess the level of disruption caused, or likely to be caused, by a protest.

"These and other observations led us to conclude that a modest reset of the scales is needed."

I can sort of sympathise and agree with this, people do have the right to peacefully protest. But as becomes apparent further on in the article, it seems that certain groups want to be 'picky and choosy' about who has the right to protest.

The article goes on to list various protests and demonstrations that have taken place in Birmingham over the last year - all the usual suspects, but fails to mention the 'anti-lockdown' protests, including the one that David Icke appeared at, apart from the one rally and march, which is dismissed as

A group of anti-vaxxers marched around Birmingham city centre on December 5, 2020.

How insulting and patronising!

So to sum up, if you demonstrate against the police, or in support of Black Lives Matter, then that is deemed as 'acceptable'.

However if you protest against draconian lockdown measures, and demand your freedom back from tyranny, that is frowned upon.

I got one text and one letter and nothing else.

Funny how they harass some and not others.

I under 40 so I've not received anything as yet. Not sure how they'll contact me but they can do one in any event.

Funny how the media gives that protest so much coverage. Makes you think, they must have an agenda...

Those protests are the fakest ones I have seen since extinction rebellion took over environmental protesting, after fracking protests they all went funny and started basically just doing protesting for the elites, they are like useful protesters for the elites.

First by text seems to be the way they approach you.

Im just in 40s and I have one text but luckily I'm registered to a doctors surgery at a previous address which is no where near me. If there sending letters someone else is getting them. I ignored the text and haven't had a second one yet.

I just read my own link back to myself, and it says there was 'a group of around 80 protestors'. 😄

Yet the Birmingham Mail failed to report on the December march, where there were clearly thousands of protestors, all railing aganst lockdown measures, but now dismissed off-hand as 'anti-vaxxers'.

Yes, definitely an agenda at play...

I just ignored it as they removed any reply or response.

The letter comes with a leaflet in so many languages!

Was getting regular (3-4 times a week) texts from my GP / NHS to book my jab. Ignored them, but they got annoying. Eventually I read one & it said I could click to stop the texts. Did that & it took me to page which asked for my DoB, then other info, then wanted an essay explaining my reasons for not booking! Bollocks to that, just gone back to ignoring them.

I just wrote in my daughter's school vaccine refusal that I don't trust them... 🥴

Didn't turn out so well for her.

'She said her address and phone number were posted online, and that her direct messages on Instagram were flooded with death threats directed both at her and her young daughter. Her business pages were bombed with negative reviews. And links to her TikTok account were posted to extremist forum 4chan.'

That's the 'logical thinking' that is being pushed on people - "you didn't die from COVID because you had the vaccine"

Now I think about it, I've seen similar comments like this elsewhere, so is probably paid 77th Brigade shill.

Oh, and there's no such thing as 'covid and pneumonia' - you had pneumonia sweetheart, there is no Covid 😄

Last year (before pandemonium) my parents in law had a first flu jab after which they were sick for a week and had to stay in hotel room for a whole holidays... Doctor said it wasn't flu ;) They were happy they took it because it could be much worse...  Since then they line up for every vax... 🥴

"For public information we have added a list of common side effects."

They don't follow manufacturer advice...

It's like rat poison - you can feed your enemy with it but manufacturer will not be responsible for his death...

Do you think corona virus has permanently wiped all other types of flu out or are they going to make a comeback?

It never went away but will have another dramatic makeover and come back as covid 21. Hollywood can never resist a sequel. The word flu has been wiped from the proles mindset, it will now always be known as covid.

I am sure come October the NHS and government will be over zealously pushing flu vaccines on to everyone again.

Its taking us into new realms of deeper mass paranoia & hysteria,,, but this time is the so called paranoid ones they are aiming for. Started with the Van Den Bossches leaky super variants & the fear spread through the community like Mareks.

Now Infowhores are spreading this shedded miscarriage or long periods..which Alex Jones is definitely an expert specialised fearporn Grifter second to none.

Even the Express today is reporting on the self spreading vaccines bioweapons..how coincidental.

Im open to the idea of Franken jabs including Monkey jabs could spread an auto immune disease though blood transmission or sex tho & start some sort of plague off.

Me too. Agree 100 percent. Sexual intercourse I can understand. Yeah why not. Same with lymes disease which in my opinion was a bio weapon using hosts such as ticks, fleas etc. They deny lyme disease can be passed on through sexual intercourse but it can and I presume a very large percentage of the population are infected.

Where I live ticks are outrageous and the majority of the people that have been living here for many years have chronic lyme disease. It's another debilitating disease that most people give no thought to. Incidentally when I was a child here at 1000 metres up there were no ticks. Now it's just a horror. Nothing slows them down. Each year it gets worse. Minus 20 for weeks in a row and it doesn't even effect them.

I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped them from the skies. Who knows.

Yeah for me Alex jones etc are pushing more divide. They want people at each others throats over this

They should find it much harder this year as everyone knows flu has been eliminated. Not that the sheep will even notice or care of course.

I wonder which company has been used to manufacture the flu virus in the past? It could cause big problems if it interacts badly with the covid vax.
