(Looking at the graph, since 2009 ish). How did they dramatically reduce the numbers over that short timescale? Was it simply by making it more difficult to access treatment in the first place? It's like trying to get blood out of a stone, unless you say you want to go private, obviously, then you get in tomorrow. Retired engineers, teachers, architects etc. Intelligence not used is foolishness. Not one of them employed wisdom - which in this case is to simply find out the truth of a matter.
