Sorry guys but I am going to have to call BS on this. This statement about 1,500 samples supposedly of Covid-19 instead testing positive for influenza A and influenza B has been doing the rounds since early December 2020 and, in my view, is fake.

The post first seems to have originated in the comments section of this thread on 6th December 2020 posted anonymously.

The post then went viral on Facebook at which point it started being attributed to a Professor Robert Oswald of Cornell University. On learning this, the real Professor Oswald issued a statement on his Cornell University profile page.

A couple of months back, a video then circulated on social media of somebody reading out the exact same statement which I repeatedly called out on Telegram at the time with nobody being able to give me the name of the actual clinical lab scientist who had allegedly authored the statement. It could have been literally anybody reading it out.

Now the statement is being attributed to a Dr Derek Knauss who is supposedly a clinical lab specialist, focusing on virology and immunology, based in Southern California. I would like to see some evidence that there is a genuine Dr Derek Knauss willing to take credit for this statement. All I have been able to find via search engines are dodgy looking websites crediting the statement to this so-called individual but nothing to substantiate this further.

Given that the post started as an anonymous comment and was then misattributed to Professor Robert Oswald, I find it hard to believe that this latest incarnation currently doing the rounds is any less fake than before. This is one case where I will have to agree with the fact checkers.

I'm usually quite cautious with debatable material. But this might be genuine. The claimed researcher posting the comment knows the right jargon and seems at least somewhat plausible. A  researcher would have very good reasons to keep quiet, of course.

How on earth can he play his part in this? Why isn't he speaking out about it?

He is doing his part. He is telling people and opening eyes. He has a young family and his job is to save lives...without him doing his job many more lives would be lost. I am also hearing of police officers here who are unhappy with how it is.  Not all obviously but its the inability to provide for their families that keeps them at work...and for the paramedic he wants to save lives.

I speak to a lot of people... and today I was told this: There is a Mennonite minister in this region who says they have around 18,000 who go to their local church. In 2019 they had 49 deaths and he finds it peculiar that in 2020 they also had 49 deaths. Even though the figure is the same and that is coincidence enough - the real point of interest is obviously that no more died during a so-called pandemic.

Another happening in the S W region is that about a couple of months ago...a muslim 23 year old tested positive to covid ( PCR) He was a drug user. He overdosed and was put down as a covid death...not any report of the overdose. Lots of media coverage claiming it was covid. I now know someone who actually knows the family and they carried on with burial without an autopsy....because they knew the reason and due to their faith kept it quiet.

Interesting. So does the dog get infected then? 🤔

I wonder what the dogs actually sniff for.... Likely asshole...based on the fact that the anal swabs claim there is a higher incidence LOL. A dog would be very familiar with that sniffing routine.

Quote from above article:

Professor McLaws, who is also a member of the World Health Organization’s advisory panel on COVID-19, said Australia should reconsider the vaccine rollout schedule.

She said we should be vaccinating frontline workers and younger people with the Pfizer vaccine in order to "ringfence" the elderly.

"For those 50 and over, AstraZeneca does give a good level of protection," she said.

"Once our young have their Pfizer, the elderly are even more protected.

"Really, we need the Pfizer to start with the young ones because they are the ones that place the older people at risk."

Who is Professor McLaws?

A lying shill, obviously.

She's the arhectypal global health mega shill. Sniffing around Bill Gates' inner arse ring for so long, she wouldn't remember anything else. The bio says it all. https://research.unsw.edu.au/people/professor-marylouise-mclaws

Coronavirus pandemic a chance to 'build back better', ensure there's future 'pandemic readiness' - Helen Clark

"Out of crisis always comes opportunity for change, for transformation, for innovation, and that moment needs to be seized around the world," she said.

"We're not short of agendas, what we've been short of is action. And one hopes the catastrophe the world's been going through with COVID might be a catalyst for saying, 'for heaven's sake, we have roadmaps, could we get back and focus on what needs to be done'."

In the reset, health, environment, and sustainability need to be addressed holistically, Clark said.

The Planetary Health framework is as good a framework as any. It's very consistent with the general direction of the sustainable development goals, the Paris Agreement, and the other good global agreements that are out there."

The Rockefeller Foundation-Lancet Commission on Planetary Health says human health and the health of the planet are inextricably linked, and that civilisation depends on human health, flourishing natural systems, and the wise care of natural resources.

"The worst thing to do is despair because we do have opportunities to reset and build back better everywhere," Clark said.

[There should be a focus on] building and maintaining a public health system with infrastructure that can snap into action, pandemic readiness - it's not going to be the first time that we face this, it will come again," Clark said.

It was nothing like a Christmas. I couldn’t help feeling if this is the way it’s going to be you can put a bonfire on it.
Pubs with everyone sat obediently at their tables

Massive queues, cheap shit, cheap food.  Nah...

Agree 100%.

Nothing like before the covid fraud at all.

Still seeing people walking down the street on a nice sunny day on their own and still muzzled up. I've totally given up on people like this. They aren't worth the effort anymore, not for me anyway.

Did have a very good chat with the guy in our local village shop yesterday though and when I left he was busy looking some stuff up. We had a really good conversation so maybe a small positive there :)

Couldn’t agree more but I’m still hopeful.

There were signs of it but the usual Orwell  speakers of keeping your distance etc were there. No one wants this.

Can't agree with you. I think lots of people love lockdowns, furlough and all of it. If people really truly didn't want it they would stand up and reject it surely?

At my husbands work, all the office staff and management are 'working from home' whilst the likes of my husband is out for 10 hours each day working hard in lots of different locations. They have an internal 'intranet' where people post about what they are doing with their kids that day etc (working from home)? They are loving it and having to put up with that crap really pees the guys off.

For many it's been a year of leisure so who cares if you have to wear a mask and can't go abroad for a bit?

Most proles worldview's this year have been shrunk....they don't realise that their homes are now prisons....it's telling that DIY stores remained open as it has helped people become hermits. They now spend their days painting, gardening, cleaning and tinkering with things in the shed....it's really pleasant for a lot of them.

I think a real pandemic would be hell to live through, chaotic, terrifying, not knowing if you're going to make it to the end of the day.... you certainly wouldn't be worrying about what colour to paint your shed.

"No one is safe!"

Where have we heard this phrase before?  Maybe she picked it up in Davos in Jan 2019 along with Build Back Better
