Fuck the fuck off.

Bit weird saying this. But, Merry Christmas to my friends/family on here, even though I know none of you personally. Good riddance to the sheeples. Here we stand together. So Merry Xmas & A Happy

I started a new job not so long ago and quit after three weeks, I refused to wear a stupid mask all day at all, laughed at the managers and their covid terror.. I could see it wasn't going to end well

Our friend Tony ''war criminal'' Blair is at it again....

Blair calls for 'bio-IDs' to prove people are virus-free

Tony Blair added that he does not see how international travel can resume again without “regular testing” and that individuals should have bio-IDs to present the coronavirus tests they have had.

He told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: “If you’re not able to test significantly when you’re trying to get large numbers of people back into a normal routine, then I think you’re going to be enormously inhibited at how you handle the disease. And it’s not so difficult to do.”

Mr Blair added: “We suggest how you might boost and accelerate the development of these on-the-spot antigen tests.

"Then we say at a certain stage... every person has a record of what tests they’ve had – if you like, a kind of bio-ID which allows them then to present when (they're) travelling.

"I just don’t see how you get international travel going again unless you’ve got regular testing.”

Completely agree.

About a decade ago I started to take lugols iodine, various methods, pulsing etc. slow at first 1 drop every other day. Slowly worked up to around 6 drops per day and noticed the tingling and increase in energy. It felt that my thyroid was coming back to life.

I sometimes make my own but have run out lately and just use potassium iodide crystals dissloved in distilled water which keeps me chipper 🙂

The amounts that you can get from supplements are basically inadequate. The japanese consume up to 12mg/day in their diet from various sources.

Natural is always best and to avoid goitre you should make sure that you get co factors; selenium and magnesium.

organic  brazils are good for selenium and also contain boiavailable bromine which is an esential trace in the right form. For mag - avoid citrate and oxide if you supplement.

If you can find Morley Robbins (magnesium man) on the internet - he talks quite factually about supplements for health (very informative). Dr Brownstien iirc has info about iodine, the various types, how much, why and the benefits.

One of the surprising facts about magnesium was that it was assumed for decades that it was part of around 350 processes in the body. Morley Robbins with others collated what became a kind of meta study with info from various peer reviewed sources including pubmed and concluded that there are over 3300 binding sites in the human body for Mg !

It also regulates & balances calcium absorbtion, indirectly iron absorbtion, important for ATP production and the formation of ceruloplasmin and use (im a bit rusty on all this 😉 ) It is possibly the most important mineral we can take for health. Malate, Choride (mag oil -get flakes and add distilled water & spray - much cheaper!) and glycinate are the better versions of magnesium supplementation and interestingly its one of the only minerals that can be directly absorbed efficiently in mineral form (apart from oxide) which indicates its importance to the human body and its past prevalence in our diets. Mag sulphate is also pretty good but cellotape your arse if you take a lot 🙂 it great in the bath though and you get the benefit of both Mg and S.

Borax salts protect against radiation too - some converts to boric acid in small anounts which is another essential trace mineral. Sodium tetraborate is used widely in soaps and consmetics and is an insecticide, fungicide, bacteriacide - anti candida too with an LD50 thats less than table salt. It was demonised by the medical fraternity several decades ago but I personally have been taking small amounts for around 20 yrs as has my family for over 10 yrs. hundreds of tons were dumped around chernobyl reactors to help absorb the radiation - The drivers who died did not have to if they had supplemented with that and iodine according to charles walters (acres USA) "minerals for the genetic code".  Ted from bankok (a pharmacist) also wrote widely about these minerals but cant find his site lately. It might be an intresting supplemental salt to consider in relation to EM contamination on the horizon! Also helps to flush out and neuetralise flourine! and tamarind is also very effective for this - iodine then becomes essential !

The reason I harp on about minerals is that they are the building blocks of health and life - everything hangs off the mineral structure of form. There is no health without minerals.

Looking at how decrepid the elderly have become in recent decades compared to the vibrancy of my grandparents, the disgusting slaughter (death pathway - morphine analogues) of the elderly in care homes would not have been possible with those previous generations to this present extent.

Again I would stress that although it might not seem obvious at first, it seems that the gradual erosion of our collective health has been a predetermined effort by the globalists (UN's Codex Alimentarius) to bring about this gargantuan psychological operation on us all.

Terrific info there @zarkov thank you very much.  Will need to re-read that a few times and digest.  Am using transdermal magnesium chloride, is this OK?  Will look at making my own when this runs out.

Am a bit confused with iodine, took some yonks ago but apparently you need co-factors such as sodium selenite and something else.  Does that sound right to you?  Also been thinking about supplementing boron.  The Borax that you take - that's not available in the UK so guessing you mean Borax substitute?  Am using 'sunshine salt' which was developed by Dr Sarah Myhill.  It contains the top 12 essential minerals, recommendation is to take one rounded teaspoon daily.  It's playing hell with my grinder though, ended up buying a cheapo one and that doesn't work very well either!  Suspect it's to do with it being all different shapes, sizes and textures.

Agree with your final paragraph, we're deliberately being left in an unhealthy state.

Here it comes...get ready folks....

Digital 'coronavirus-status passports' could be used to scrap blanket lockdown measures and free up vast swathes of the economy, a new report, backed by former Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt, has urged.

Under the proposals, people would be tested as often as every two weeks for coronavirus and keep their results in a app on their phone.

Passport holders would be able to scan an individual QR code to get into restaurants and sports venues, meaning businesses would be able to reduce social distancing requirements.

Those who test negative would also avoid the need for quarantining when crossing borders.

The report from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change advocates for the implementation of 'digital' passports as part of wider calls for mass testing.

I noticed it a few times the other week. They slid it in during the ad breaks usually in the early morning. Some guy in a creepy mocking voice warning against conspiracy theories about Covid-19. Obviously government funded. I'm not sure if it's still running as I listen to talkSPORT a lot less than I used to and that ad kind of put me off listening even more.

ah yes , I suspected you were referring to that government ad. I’ve heard it quite a lot. I include those voice over actors in my ever growing list of treachery.

Because that would involve some degree of bollocks, something the likes of Tony Blair don't have. They sure can talk it though.

Why anyone would listen to that warmongering tosser in 2020 is beyond me. He is not interested in helping anyone but himself and his cronies and anyone who can't see that is beyond saving.

This is from 5 months ago and it struck me as pretty creepy. A caller named Susan says she won't obey the guidelines and asks how they're going to keep an eye on 72 million people, then the host says very easily as there are CCTV cameras everywhere and that if you have mobile phone then we're keeping an eye on you.

Susan calls in at 43:48

I'm surprised and disappointed  in James Whale,. He used to have David Icke on as a guest on the old Talk Radio UK. Here he is telling this woman that ''you will do what you're told by the government''. I've lost a lot of respect for Whale.  I used to like him.

I didn't really read much into it he's enjoyed trolling callers his whole career on a vast spectrum of topics. I caught the James Whale show on tv as a kid, liked him. Been listening to him on the radio near on a quarter century. Gosh.

I hope he can beat cancer a second time.

2. Kawasaki is brought on by Covid.

3. HCQ is infective against covid.

4. Masks work sometimes other times not.
