I am sat outside in a t-shirt and shorts in southern England and the weather is great, probably 20C plus. We have had a number of days like this recently. But so far, every time, the preceding weather forecast has stated it will be cold. I might be getting paranoid, but it feels like the Government is manipulating the forecast in an attempt to stop people planning even outside meetings.
