How did they do it? Reconcile that mess of perspectives into a nice tidy story. This suggests that the historical record, at best, is a highly polished rendition of events. What really happened in past pandemics? We never get to see the whole picture because events were boiled down so much into a practical narrative. Were the majority screaming swindle back in 1918? In our time the history books will not show the compelling arguments debunking covid. Much of the more recent historical records lean heavily on newspapers and the press in general to structure a historical perpective and the media is censored.
