No problem, mother nature understands how we must choke the life out of every landfill to manage our pseudo-pandemics. Hypocrites are not yapping about plastic waste so much now are they. oddsnsods
Slow Covid. Â Covid: Slow walkers 'more likely to die', study finds People who walk slowly may be nearly four times more likely to die from Covid-19, a new study has found. Health researchers based in Leicester concluded slow walkers with a "normal" weight were 3.75 times more likely to die from the virus than brisk walkers. The project used data collected from more than 400,000 middle-aged people. Lead researcher Prof Tom Yates said self-reported walking pace could be used to predict whether someone was at higher risk from the virus. The study, run by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Leicester Biomedical Research Centre, was designed to explore links between body mass index (BMI) and self-reported walking pace with the risk of contracting severe Covid-19 and mortality. It used self-reported data from 412,596 people who participate in UK Biobank, a biomedical database and research study. The modern diet is what causes most disease, the rest of disease is caused by our consumption of toxins in our food and water. As an example, the Zika virus outbreak in Brazil was eventually traced back to the use of a novel pesticide used for the control of mosquito populations in Brazilian drinking water (see Parens et al 2017).  My diet is Mediterranean. sarbloh
Makes me laugh when you know the 'type' say that people don't want the the jab are scared of needles. When I've been faced with them I point out that I'm a regular blood donor (every 3 months without fail), and they first prick your finger for iron levels (the little stinger), then they put quite a fat needle in your arm for 10-20minutes, and despite what they say, it is uncomfortable, especially when you have a 'trainee' doing it.  But I digress.... the aforementioned 'type' turn up to donor sessions (maybe the blood service was doing some social media stuff so they think its the new 'virtue signalling' opportunity) absolutely shitting themselves (sometimes with a friend), fidgeting all the time, pestering staff for nonsensical verbal support and comfort, they pull whitey's and sometimes they faint , the staff have trouble finding a vein as they are usually very slight or over-weight, so that makes them shit themselves even more..and to cap it off..they always insist on a 'selfie' a the end, to show how 'brave' they are.  The funny thing is us 'regulars' and the 'staff' just roll our eyes... oddsnsods
Vaccinated Britons have been urged to seek medical attention if they develop a four-day headache or unexpected bruising after the AstraZeneca jab amid ongoing blood clot concerns. On Thursday, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) said it was looking into reports that one British man had died and four more had suffered a dangerous blood clotting condition. The five men, aged between 19 and 59, suffered from Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis (CVST), a rare condition that can lead to headaches, abnormal vision and similar symptoms to stroke such as weakness of the face and limbs on one side of the body, seizures, coma and death.  https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/03/18/one-british-man-has-died-four-suffered-blood-clotting-astrazeneca/
