123AA   Immunity in relation to certain assistance

             (1)  A protected person (see subsection (3)) is not subject to any liability (whether civil or criminal) in respect of anything the protected person does or omits to do, in good faith, in the performance or purported performance of the protected person’s duties, if:

                     (a)  the duties are in respect of the provision of assistance, by or on behalf of the ADF or the Department, to:

                              (i)  the Commonwealth or a State or Territory, or a Commonwealth, State or Territory authority or agency; or

                             (ii)  members of the community; and

                     (b)  the assistance is provided to prepare for a natural disaster or other emergency that is imminent, or to respond to one that is occurring or recover from one that occurred recently; and

                     (c)  the assistance is provided at the direction of the Minister under subsection (2).

             (2)  The Minister may, in writing, direct the provision of assistance in relation to a natural disaster or other emergency if the Minister is satisfied of either or both of the following:

                     (a)  the nature or scale of the natural disaster or other emergency makes it necessary, for the benefit of the nation, for the Commonwealth, through use of the ADF’s or Department’s special capabilities or available resources, to provide the assistance;

                     (b)  the assistance is necessary for the protection of Commonwealth agencies, Commonwealth personnel or Commonwealth property.

             (3)  Each of the following is a protected person :

                     (a)  a member of the Defence Force;

                     (b)  an APS employee in the Department;

                     (c)  a person authorised under subsection (4) to perform duties in respect of the provision of assistance mentioned in subsection (1).

             (4)  The Chief of the Defence Force, or the Secretary, may, in writing, authorise a person, or each person in a class of persons, to perform duties in respect of the provision of assistance mentioned in subsection (1), if the person, or each person in the class of persons, is any of the following:

                     (a)  an APS employee or other employee of the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority or agency;

                     (b)  a member of the naval, military or air force of a foreign country, or a member of a foreign police force (however described).

             (5)  The Minister may, in writing, delegate the Minister’s power to make a direction under subsection (2) to the Chief of the Defence Force or the Secretary.

Note:          Sections 34AA to 34A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contain provisions relating to delegations.

             (6)  In performing a delegated function or exercising a delegated power, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Minister.

             (7)  A direction made under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.

             (8)  This section does not prevent assistance being provided by or on behalf of the ADF or the Department in circumstances where a direction has not been made under subsection (2).

Well having witnessed a perfectly healthy family member get covid and fight for his life in hospital, I wouldn't say its fake but you can believe what you want. 

It could be a load of bull on the new even deadlier variant - I don't know, guess we will have to wait and see.

What tests did they perform to demonstrate that the claimed Covid was caused by the live virus, SARS-CoV-2?

I don't know. I was in Abu Dhabi once, swimming in the ocean. And I remember hearing the prayers from the nearby Mosque. It was beautiful and peaceful from across the water. I'm not Muslim or even religious for that matter, but I remember it was lovely.

 

Then again, hearing it blasted out all day from where I live or something? Nah, would probably end up hating it.

Well I'm no doctor or work for the nhs, he had the exact described symptoms of covid 19 (high temperature, continuous cough, no sense of taste/smell and could hardly breath)

Is it possible it could have been anything else? Did they offer any other theories, or did they just tell you it was Covid? Without them giving you any definitive test results to prove it was indeed Covid-19 disease caused directly by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, can you really be certain?

They did test him and said he was covid 19 positive. Of course you're entitled to your opinion to not believe the NHS but when you're effed up and on the brink of death - you're pretty much at their mercy and take their word for it.

If I had to guess, I say they did a PCR test and didn't isolate the virus. But no doubt you were at their mercy. I think we all are at this point.

Lycia is beautiful and pretty secular. In Kas, where we stayed (ancient Antiphellos) there was the obligatory call to prayer but I was told by the locals that not many attend. I'd go there again in a heartbeat.

There will be a critical mass reached when even the normies will say enough with this bullshit. It will likely come when the majority who have worn masks everywhere, shielded for a year and had the vaccine realise that none of it 'worked' as they will still be locked down again next winter.

 

That's the likely time when a genuine killer pathogen is released in some form on the masses.

 

If it is being done sooner, then they must be panicking over the bad press outside the mainstream media and are not confident they can keep a lid on things.

This court is supposed to be the supreme venue for examining evidence. They are paid to see that all judicial rules are respected. 

 

Seeing this body of jurists and legal specialists suspending all their mental abilities to accomodate covid incites me to the belief that they ultimately belong to pharma. 

 

 

I have just finished a book about someone who has appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada right now. This is just insult to injury for this persons case...of wrongful conviction. The system and mainstream media in Canada has flattened his rights and appeals are the only way through. Where is the justice in a hoax virus and the results from tests that don't test for said hoax virus causing his rights to be violated yet again....

 

Something has to give...soon... for everyone.

And to add something vaguely useful neither of my parents died yet from vaccines. Only taken one each so far. Fake dad is suffering from gut problems but he had that for 40 years before he took the pfizer. Mother had astra zenica. Seems ok for now. I know, there's a lot of time left to see if they're ok don't take it like I'm saying vaccines are fine. I will kill if I can, when they come try to force me. I consider myself lucky. I tried to dissuade them and they wouldn't listen. At least they're still ok. For now
