He's been briefed on what to look for during the 2nd phase & even given dates. Not been keen on sharing the information so far though. I suspect many have issues with what they're being told privately, but are either too busy to pursue them or don't want to debate them openly. The media will sell phase 2 exactly as they're told to & people will buy it. My gut feeling is it won't be as bad because it doesn't need to be. Just the ongoing threat is probably sufficient.
