In Switzerland, the GAVI Alliance (Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization) can do whatever it wants. The prosecution, the arrest of their representatives, e.g. also of Bill Gates, is excluded. Reason: an extensive contractual agreement with the Swiss Federal Council from 2009. GAVI members are governments of developed and developing countries, the WHO, UNICEF, the World Bank, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, non-governmental organizations, vaccine manufacturers from developed and developing countries, as well as health and research institutions and other private donors. The alliance was founded on January 29, 2000 at the World Economic Forum in Davos, with the aim of countering vaccination rates, which have been stagnating and in some cases even declining since the end of the 1990s, in the poorest countries in the world. On June 23, 2009, an agreement regulating the legal status of GAVI in Switzerland was concluded between the Swiss Federal Council and GAVI. It came into force retrospectively on January 1, 2009. The agreement states: “In the course of its activities, GAVI Alliance enjoys immunity from jurisdiction and enforcement, except: a) if this exemption has been expressly waived in individual cases by the Executive Director or by the person designated by him; b) in the case of a civil liability suit brought against GAVI Alliance due to damage caused by a motor vehicle belonging to or operated on GAVI Alliance's account; c) in the case of a judicial decision ordered seizure of salaries, wages and other remuneration which GAVI Alliance owes to one of its officials; d) in the case of a counterclaim that is directly related to a main claim brought by GAVI Alliance; and e) in the event of the enforcement of an arbitration decision made pursuant to Article 29 of this Agreement. " Article 29 referred to regulates the submission of GAVI to private arbitration proceedings in which the parties each appoint one member and usually agree on a third member. The court determines its own procedure; there is no external control. The persons representing Allianz, including Bill Gates, are also withdrawn from the authorities: "Subject to Article 20 of this Agreement, the Executive Director or, if he is unable to do so, his Deputy and senior officials enjoy the privileges, immunities and facilities accorded to diplomatic representatives in accordance with international law and practice." The same applies to the Board of Trustees, civil servants and other persons acting for GAVI. The only exception (Article 20) are motor vehicle liability cases: “People do not enjoy exemption from jurisdiction if a liability claim is brought against them because of damage caused by a vehicle belonging to them or driven by them, or if road traffic regulations are violated by the Federal government, provided this can be punished with a fine. " Furthermore, GAVI can operate on its premises without the risk of access by law enforcement or other Swiss authorities: “The buildings or parts of buildings and the adjoining premises that are used by the GAVI Alliance for their own purposes are inviolable regardless of the prevailing ownership . No representative of Swiss authorities may enter it without the express consent of the Executive Director of GAVI Alliance or the person designated by him. The archives of the GAVI Alliance and all documents and data carriers belonging to it or in its possession in general are inviolable anytime and anywhere. " Enforcement of real estate owned by GAVI is as good as impossible: “The buildings or parts of buildings, the adjoining land and the assets owned by GAVI Alliance or used by it for its purposes are independent of their location and their owner exempt from: a) any form of requisition, confiscation or expropriation; b) any form of foreclosure, other official coercive measures or measures that precede a judgment, with the exception of the cases provided for in paragraph 1. " In addition, Allianz is largely tax-free in Switzerland. SimonTV Posted March 3, 2021 Share Posted March 3, 2021 (edited) I was thinking how they have legalised organ harvesting and with the treatment methodology they have going on. Random Hospital visit -> PCR positive test -> Covid ward -> sedatives -> anti-biotics -> steroid -> more sedatives -> ventilators -> harvest organs -> cremate. It is a fast track to a winning treatment method. Only downside for them is that most of the patients are old and their organs are no good for the NHS organ harvesting operations that are going on every day.
