With these snap lockdowns, they could stop you reuniting with them at any time - and potentially for vast periods of time. The other effects I'm feeling are seclusion, like I just want to be alone and that's not good with my current home circumstances and my young daughter. Hopefully it will pass, but it's very hard to ignore at the minute. I've gone from very calm to slightly anxious now. All of this may not be connected but certainly feels like it is.
