This topic is for all general discussion regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. There are of course numerous other related topics for discussing specific aspects of this pandemic in more detail. And there are other parts of this forum for more 'off-topic' discussions.

Been back to work for the last two weeks, now furloughed again for three weeks, followed by one week compulsory holiday and then one week requested holiday. Due back to work 10th August. I Believe 14 of my work colleagues have been made redundant, so far.

I am a delivery driver for an engineering company and travel all over the country. On my first day back I had my temperature taken, as has been the case for all days in the morning. I was given a mask to wear which went straight into my pocket, only agreeing to put it on if I was asked too when doing deliveries. Really don't need to wear it while in the cab on my own, but have seen people with them on whilst driving. Going through Leicester city centre on Tuesday saw a sign saying "COVID-19 pop up cycle lane" with lots of traffic cones WTF. Have put mask on once. Loops around my ears then under my chin. Wasn't asked or told to put  over nose and mouth. Wore it a second time last Friday when went to doctors to collect heart medication. I have had text messages saying they were compulsory on entering surgery. Took it off when I saw the two women at the dispensary weren't wearing one and were standing talking to each other about 2 feet apart.

Listening to woman on radio on Tuesday whilst going up the M1. She was telling the show host that she had been planning a walking holiday in Italy this year, but will not go now. Just the thought of going to an airport and getting on an aeroplane filled her with dread. She hated going to her local super market and always wore gloves and a mask. Could not help but feel sorry for her. Wanted to tell her to stop listening to the M.S.M and look at some alternative information outlets. Posts on this forum make much more sense and are very often backed up with hard evidence, unlike the B.B.C etc.. As are reports by Tucker Carlson, Del Bigtree (the high wire). Andrew Kauffman, Rashid Buttar, Kate Sherriman and others. This madness has got to stop, but then you all know that. Off to bed now, me and wife getting tired. Good night all, and may YOUR god, who, or what ever he, she or it is, be with you.

Sorry to hear sounds horrible. Had my own experience recently similar to your last paragraph when visiting my elderly grandparents. I had been living with them until the virus hit and was asked to move out over fear I'd contract it and pass it on to them. They've felt comfortable having me visit recently but the effect it's had on they way they live and their mentality is beyond sad. As I sat a large distance away from them I was offered food which they felt they had to more or less throw at me from a few feet. Its bizarre to think that because of the fear and doom they're seeing and taking to heart on the daily news shows they now regard everyone around them including close family as something akin to lepers.

You can see the way it's changed the way everyone's thinking from behaviour in lifts etc where people are unwilling to share an enclosed space with anyone even for one minute, but it really hits home when it's your own loved ones. It makes me beyond angry that media companies feel absolutely no shame whatsoever warping the minds of the public, destroying relationships and forcing people to live in fear, especially older people. All to serve an agenda and revive a dying industry that's being destroyed by open-source information on the internet and independent media. I've already heard a couple of stories from friends of the elderly dying in isolation, seeing out the last months of their life alone and afraid to keep them "safe". It's so disgusting.

Too many people?......The entire population of the world could live in Texas.

Wears all got brainwashed in some ways.Of course but not like this. Our standard is to high. Let's say all the stores are closed and we don't have any electricity for a year. How many would survive. I wouldn't survive at all.

Also, if you distributed the world's money equally and fairly amongst the population, every person would have at the very least a million dollars,

everyone would live in a nice house, nice car, nice life.

The problem is the world is run by israel through the banking system in a very unfair manner, and especially discriminates against coloured people.

Coloured people are always geting picked on, exterminated, purely on racist grounds, makes a joke of the governments statements concering multi-cultural society and black lives matter.

EG: The government announced that when the vaccine becomes available, coloured people will have to take it first as they are more likely to catch the virus - ( no scientfic evidence to back this up whatsoever. )

The deliberate mass starvation to death of millions of people in africa and asia, caused by american, british and european government sanctions.

american cia agents caught red handed pouring cholera into the drinking water supply.

Mass vacination and drug testing, leading to millions of deaths, casued by gates and a lot of other western pharma giants - ( because black lives do not matter )

Arrest warrants issued by asian and african countries for bill gates and his injecting of people with aids virus, heavy metals and toxins.

Someone famous said, 75% of the world is starving, the other 25% are on diets. What they neglected to mention is the 75% are predominatly coloured and the 25% are mostly white.

With the lockdown, we think that over here in the west we have suffered. Think about all the coloured people out there whose average weekly wage is £10. Who can barely afford the bare necessities, they are the real ones who have lost everything and are going to suffer and die.

Up to half of the populations in countries including the United States, Germany and the Czech Republic say they may not get any new coronavirus vaccine that is developed.

A vaccine against the deadly virus that has swept the globe over the last six months is seen as possibly the only way for the world to return to normal after the pandemic, and scientists in hundreds of different countries are working as fast as they can to try to produce one.

However, experts have estimated that at least 70 per cent of people will have to get the vaccine in order for it to stop coronavirus, a figure that appears to be some way off based on the latest numbers.  ( Where on earth do they get these numbers from )

Professor Heidi Larson, anthropologist and director of the Vaccine Confidence Project at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, said: "It's going to be a challenge, particularly because in general, populations are more anxious about new vaccines and that's understandable.

"But the good news is we do have time before we, hopefully, get a vaccine, so I think that we have to use that." ( To circulate more lies and confuse people. BTW, most governments have already ordered millions of vaccine needle and syringes, the british government ordered 65 million the other day )

In the United States, a number of polls have shown that only around 50 per cent are committed to getting a coronavirus vaccine. (At least someone has some common sense  )

This week, the country's leading public health expert Dr Anthony Fauci ( Israel lover and sell out traitor in every sense of the word ) told CNN he believed that the US was "unlikely" to reach herd immunity as a result of this, inspired by the "general anti-science, anti-authority, anti-vaccine feeling".

In Germany, a poll this week by YouGov found that only one in two Germans would definitely get vaccinated if there was a jab available, and one in five said they definitely would not.  A protest was held in Ukraine on Friday over the potential for compulsory coronavirus vaccinations.

The picture is similar in many different nations, and has been linked in part to the growing influence of the so-called anti-vaxxer movements, whose efforts persuading parents not to immunise their children against diseases like measles have caused major outbreaks in the last two years in countries including the the United States, the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic. (Oh, so it's all our fault then is it? Excuse me for thinking that all people matter, and not just jews )

Dr. Jirí Cerný, a leading virologist at the Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, the Czech Republic - where recent research found that only 49 per cent of people would take a coronavirus vaccine - said mandatory vaccination should be considered. ( That has already been decided, and it is yes )

"It is probable that even if a high quality vaccine is available, the number of people who get voluntarily vaccinated in Czechia will be rather low, which is not sufficient to develop herd immunity," he warned.

The police tosser was being a pointless git, to get people accustomed to being overseen. No doubt he would have summoned a host of fellow useless gits, had the drink made people get fractious.

Wonder how long it will be before the unarmed police-tosser monitoring the 'covidiots' from a watch tower is supplanted by a sniper from HM armed forces?

The world's gone mad. The end.

The watchtower is sinister, however the goon lacks DDR/Stasi issue binoculars.

the play seems to be introducing drastic measures, then when they have a vaccine (which they probably already do, even though still bullcrap), they'll drop the measures and people they hope will rush to get a vaccine.

This is all just a waiting game now before the 2nd wave which personally I think will introduce an monumental lockdown like spain and italy had. The majority will give in and take the vaccine whilst us lot will be left to face the consequences

They won't rush to vaccinated out of fear of Covid. They will get vaccinated to get back their freedoms.

One thing I find interesting is the lack of information still about this virus. There seems to be conflicting information on every side. Nobody agrees and there's no real evidence for anything being true. But we're able to strongly predict a second wave? Why? We don't even know if people have immunity to the virus but we know there's going to be a spike in November?

If there really in another mass lockdown I'm going to consider my options, if living off grid is even possible I think it's the only answer.

Very disappointing news from the Simon Dolan case. Of course the judiciary are bought like all other institutions.

The full decision of Lewis J can be found on the following link:

Update on Join the Legal Challenge to the UK Govt Lockdown

Disappointed beyond measure to let you know that we have received the High Court ruling and the Judge has disallowed our case - essentially this means we have no recourse to the law.

We have published the full decision on the website. Please do read through this as you will see just how lightly and with complete disdain the Judiciary have dismissed the enormous amount of evidence we provided.

We are currently considering an Appeal.

I want to say a personal and very heartfelt thank you to all of you. It has meant the world to stand alongside so many people who believe like I do that Britain should remain a free country.

We will continue the fight - either in Court of via other means. Please do consider signing up to www.keepbritainfree.com

We may have lost this battle but the war is very much just beginning.

Remember there is no covid 19 it's a scam. All they have done is use the regular flu and labelled it with every symptom under the sun. Gates has ready said the second wave will be here at the end of October so we know when it's coming and another lockdown will be here. Off grid is possible but it's only do able in numbers I'm apart of a group who are looking at doing it but its slow progress as everyone has different commitments

Said it time and time again but will keep saying it we need to get off grid. We are just sitting ducks sat here

I had someone (a regular civvie) a few days ago out of the blue ask me if I knew of anyone with a property with a garden to rent, as they did not want to be stuck in a flat with children come a second lockdown. I did put them onto someone who I knew had a vacant property with a garden.  I wonder how many other people are thinking of relocating to a more lockdown comfortable home?  Even if one can't go fully off grid or with an independent community right now, finding a place that is better is always in the right direction.  A small house in or backing onto woodland and with no or as few neighbours as possible, who could be self-appointed Stasi informers, would be nice.   Maybe something nautical, a boat?    Property values in Leicester must be even more dicey with the lockdown plus.

To be honest I think a lot of people are looking at it. They are aware of the second wave and dont want to be locked in their houses again. How many get up and actually go though is another question. Be brilliant if david icke announced he was moving somewhere because I legit bet there would be thousands who would go.

There is the appeal route, but it always was too big and sexy to overturn something like the lockdown.   Just like the Iraq Inquiry whitewash it will be British rough justice par excellence.
