Teenagers were leaving families and joining cults. Covid is likewise a cult. The facemasks and distancing is part of the "we're all in this together". The science is computer based hype not based on reality. It has elements of "the enemy" which cults use to describe non believers. These enemies have blood on their hands for not believing. Cult methodology divides families and friends and it may require hours of psychology therapy to undo the indoctrination. Some of it now borders on child abuse through frightening children. Personal opinion is that most people are disconnected from reality and believe in a delusional vision of life. So when the brexiters were shouting they wanted to control their borders yet ignored they could control the numbers of outside immigration but it wasn’t reduced that was a bit of a red flag. Add to that our dropping birth rate and the economy being designed like a Ponzi scheme with a very old population it was evident that leaving the EU was not going to stop immigration it increases immigration from outside the EU.
