Coronavirus Mega-Thread.

This has left me in absolute shock and confusion.

2 days ago a former colleague of mine who works in the morgue at huddersfield royal hospital told me that the head of the morgue is under threat of losing her job because she has started to refuse to put deaths down as covid and says it is bull cos she confirms that they have died either through age related illness or through something else like cancer etc.

management went down to see her and gave her an ultimatum that she has to put covid down or she will be sacked. not only her but my former colleague said that most of the head physicians throughout the hospital ( and they dont just think this is huddersfield but everywhere), are calling covid bullshit and are relaying this to their staff throughout the hospitals. scary if true.

now mostly all of the staff are under threat of losing their jobs due to new contracts and are being replaced by new military style people who are being moved in to their jobs, especially porter jobs.

I am going to try to talk to her to find out if true cos either this person was having a laff and trying to scare me or we are in serious trouble of being annihilated from within.

Companies begin drafting 'no jab, no job' contracts to force staff to get Covid vaccinations despite lawyers warning they are 'risky' and likely to be challenged in court

At it again.... I’ll be sending this to my employer

Dear (XXX)

I am writing to yourself, as I have been informed by (XXX) that I must receive the Covid19 vaccine, or face disciplinary action.

As I have made very clear to (XXX), I am declining all forms of the Covid19 vaccine under ethical reasons.

There are no statutory provisions that can force individuals to become vaccinated. The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 specifically states that members of the public should not be compelled to undergo any mandatory medical treatment, including vaccinations. Forcing, coercing or manipulating an employee to receive a vaccine is in breach of article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which protects people from being interfered with physically or psychologically and includes mandatory vaccinations. Forced vaccinations in the workplace, is not only a human rights concern, but also has criminal implications. Forcing anyone to receive a vaccine injection under duress, under UK law, constitutes an unlawful injury. A vaccination requires an individuals informed and voluntary consent, which you do not have of mine.

I want to make it very clear, that I am NOT placing any persons at risk by declining this vaccine, but I am protecting my health and my wellbeing. Declining this vaccine does NOT mean that I can not perform my job effectively and I will not be resigning.

In accordance of  the Employment Rights Act 1996 and Section 6 of the 2010 Equality act, I am protected from being sacked or chosen unfairly for redundancy and I am safeguarded against unlawful discrimination by my employer.

When signing my work contract, I did not agree for any testing, vaccine or interventions.

I enjoy my job and I would like to keep this as civil as possible, but as per my rights, I will be taking legal action via The ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures if I receive disciplinary action because of this.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Closing for today (it's late) I am inclined to think it will get tougher as more people vaccinate. It will be easier to penalise anti vaxers. Possibly leading to virtual loss of citizen rights. Not that that overly worries me. I was always pretty unemployable so adapted to alternatives of self sufficiency. It's a myth you will starve without State support. Or have to sit under a doorway. One idea is to create a vast support agency for anti vaxers. Legal info and possible funding. Many wealthy people support this cause and one tycoon is sueing Facebook. At this stage organization is needed. We are numbered in millions. Anti vaxers also vary. I am not anti vaccine myself just protecting my right to decide yes, or no. Organization is critical as people are being held to economic ranson.

I'm not anti-vaccine. I'm anti COVID vaccine. Big difference. And that's the angle to use to get more people involved. Plenty of people are not against standard vaccines against real diseases. But this fake Covid bullshit. It's a total scam.

1. Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice. 2. Scientific research should only be carried out with the prior, free, express and informed consent of the person concerned. The information should be adequate, provided in a comprehensible form and should include modalities for withdrawal of consent. Consent may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without any disadvantage or prejudice. Exceptions to this principle should be made only in accordance with ethical and legal standards adopted by States, consistent with the principles and provisions set out in this Declaration, in particular in Article 27, and international human rights law. 3. In appropriate cases of research carried out on a group of persons or a community, additional agreement of the legal representatives of the group or community concerned may be sought. In no case should a collective community agreement or the consent of a community leader or other authority substitute for an individual’s informed consent.

I agree about what you have highlighted in your last two posts 100%.

Whatever people decide to do is up to them without any influence or condemnation from me and others.

All i can quote is historical evidence and guidance.

I for one cannot take it as it will cause me harm.

Fuck, go away for a week to Spain & end up taking a month off work & remortgaging the house.

Meanwhile serial rapists straight off the dinghy "escaping persecution" get amnesty & full citizenship.

I like to highlight on principle that there is always the explicit point made about without disadvantage or prejudice. It's not merely your human right to refuse a vaccine or experimentation. It's also your right to do so without fear of negative consequence or threat. So tell your employer to stick that up their arse.

It's not really a vaccine, is it. It's experimental gene manipulation, pushed through without the usual rigours and timescale necessary, and pretty much being forced upon the public with tactics which go against GMC guidelines. No liability, no real idea (beyond recorded adverse reactions since implementation) what the hell it could do to you.

So no, you are right...being anti- COVID jabs is not the same as being against vaccines in general. It's a phoney argument.

We can't allow them to control the narrative and lump this bullshit 'vaccine' (as you say rightly, not a real vaccine) in with everything else. Not to mentioned other vaccines are tested for 10 years or so before widespread use. This Covid scam MUST be separated from normal processes. It's a completely different situation and that fact more than anything needs to be made to the public.

Ok so when you come back off of holiday all passengers must quarantine.

So what about the airplane staff do they?

so what about the security staff escorting them off of the planes to the hotels do they?

Does the coach driver have to quarantine after mixing with all who could be affected?

Something seems unequal here

They want to use this as a mass fear technique, so everyone else is terrified to go anywhere. They are making an example of these people to let everyone else know you're a prisoner and if you dare leave your house or try to travel, this is what will happen to you.
