You're right that ignorance is a choice but when the choice to seek out information has been successfully associated with being some kind of 'nutter' then that is a barrier placed in people's path Why the fuck do so many people feel the need to even watch/read MSM? It's like a religion to them I stopped doing it when I realised it was mostly lies around 20 years ago. I visited somebody last week and they had Sky News on, at lunchtime. I asked him why he watched it......he said "I don't, it's just a background noise....habit I suppose" I told him his subconscious mind was absorbing lie after lie after lie. He laughed and said "don't be ridiculous" I couldn't muster the strength to even begin to answer. I asked him if he could turn it off while I was there.....thankfully he did. I only wanted to buy a guitar off him.

I just don't want to believe that there isn't a sizeable percentage that are angry as hell about all of this.

They all have political attachés. They screen snailmail, faxes, appointments and emails. These attachés decide what needs to be seen by the higherups. I can't say how many of the intermediaries answered my handwritten letters over the years but I can't recall the politicians ever writing back personally. How do we bypass them and get to the person that was elected by us? There must be a way. Our MPs should be asking the very same questions that me, you and everyone else on this forum is. They can't all be 100% behind every single policy decision being made.

It's true that the subconscious or also called the unconscious mind is indeed absorbing everything, that part of our mind takes in everything that is going on around us. Even if he had the volume on low and the news reader whispered, he would still be absorbing it, because the unconscious mind can 'hear' it, even if the person cannot consciously hear what is being said.

The rare or occasional act of fairness from politics is designed to foster "hope". Fair mindedness is anathema to political longevity. Career suicide. Its a purely fear based system and control is the virtue extolled by fear. My overall position however is that authoritarianism no matter the format is an immoral act. By extension no government can ever be legitimate. The function of all governments taken to their logical conclusion is slavery.

It will start with a persistent cough and over the years if not dealt with by stopping wearing the masks and dealing with the infection, it will lead to COPD and eventually pneumonia.
