That's not to say HIV definitely doesn't exist, but they normally get the patient to fill out a questionnaire before testing to make sure they fall into the correct "at risk" category. I believe there were cases of pregnant women testing positive for whatever it is they test for. So by only testing those they want to give the treatment to, they can manufacture a real scare epidemic. The fake PCR was one aspect of it. The Perth group conclusively proved in court that Montagniers work was also fake though this was not widely disseminated in the press. He was later contacted by the clinic who told him they had made a mistake and had been wrongly diagnosed. He basically lost a decade of his life due to this fraud.
