Motley, do you have any objections to trying fresh produce? For example, kale, I get it fresh in the produce section, then when I get home, I trim the bottom of each leaf and put it in a vase or large enough container with water, like flowers. It lasts for about three to four days. The corn really doesn't have any nutrients in it. Avocados are very good and may help you with your RLS, plus they lubricate the joints. Blueberries, awesome antioxidant. Zucchini are a good neutral flavor and are alkaline. Just trying to help out a bit since I kind of like you Motley, and your a fellow American. :classic_cool:

I liek the infected with common sense comment.

I bought fresh collard greens, zucchini, carrots, celery, red onion, avocado.  The problem is, my closest store does not have a very good organic section, which is all I will eat.  As an example, they had a large batch of broccoli they just put out and it looked brown, splotchy and about 2 weeks past expiration.  That is typical.  If I drive across town, I can shop at Whole Foods, but that store has really fallen into suckage since amazon took it over.  I also try to drink a glass of Country Farms Super Greens Alkaline Formula every day.  Dang!  I just realized that I forgot to pick that up today, and I only have 1-2 servings left. Crap!

The W.H.O idiots and new york slimes pushing more of their fear garbage about a spike in corona cases. *cough bullshit liars.

The only thing we have a spike of is the deployment of test kits.  From the very beginning, all the way back in March, we never had a pandemic of a virus, we had a pandemic of test kits and fraudulently reporting every sick person and death as being covid.  It's just mind boggling that the masses cannot see this, because it is blatantly obvious.  Mass hypnosis, using fear like in 1930's Germany.

I'm not on Facebook or Twitter and wouldn't care what happens when I shitpost, but that's not the point, zArk. The point is they're reporting people so all that is left is an echochamber.

people arent just quoting vax sites or single opinions but instead idiosyncratic statements are flustering the controllers.

there are less and less consistent perspectives between people refusing vaccines

they are trying to find common threads between people in order to respond to the threat to their future

I just don’t know choc; after seeing how the majority bent over and believed the ‘pandemic’ crap, I have little faith in the majority of humans anymore.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out - or maybe not; I feel at the moment that I don’t care that much about the people that toe the party line; just get on with it and work on one’s self; keep the energy up and don’t contribute to the very negative energy being generated by the puppet masters.

Hmm ... well, I know that when I die my soul will continue.
A lot of work, maybe 10,000 hours of sitting meditation.
Gruelling.
Do not go gentle into that goodnight.
Do not give your soul away.
This planet is evil.

These people laughing or sad are all going into the ground.
Do they even notice?
Where is Nero, where is Napoleon.
Where is Churchill, where is Gandhi.
These people laughing or sad are all going into the ground.
Do they even notice?

There is only one goal, to enter the light.
Let the full force of the insanity hit you, and use it as fuel.
Do not go gentle into that goodnight.

I have no real idea of what happens after this life (I can surmise and hope for what I would like to happen); all I aim to do in this one is be a decent being - which doesn’t mean being a pushover or an airy fairy new ager etc; I will not take any shit.

Just to be the best I can, harm no one - and have a few laughs ?

Right on, good for you for going organic. That gmo stuff is laced with round up and other crap.

Broccoli is a hybrid, definitely not alkaline so I wouldn't worry too much about missing it. lol

Do you like walnuts? They are a great source of omega three, but they are expensive. Do you guys have Trader Joe's (TJ's) over there in NC?

I forget what selenium is good for but brazil nuts are very high in selenium, so high in fact that well informed nutritionists will advise to eat no more than two brazil nuts per week.

Coconut water is high in potassium. TJ's has little org coconut water bottles for $2.29, I throw one of those in a blender to make a smoothie with a frozen banana, a handful of walnuts, about a tablespoon or two of hemp seeds, one ice cube, and a tablespoon of cacao powder and blend that up, it's heaven.

Whole foods does suck now, it's so sad to see what that store has become. I used to shop there in the mid 90's for my mom when I was young and clueless about food. It was a nice store then, loved by so many people. I would have never predicted that I would be working there twenty plus years later. When I started there in '18, so many customers would express how unhappy they were about WF dropping so many great items over the years.

I've been organic for almost 15 years now.  I have a large garden, but I haven't planted the last couple of years because we have so many deer.  We do have a Trader Joe's.  I have not been to it yet.  We also have a Publix near by that sells some organic stuff.  What I miss most from Whole Foods since amazon bought them is the local beef w/the Step program and the bison.  They also had these Step 5 local raised sausage patties that were really good (in moderation, of course).

I have not been to it yet, but I have been told that right here in my little town there's a place called Joyce Foods that sells organic, pasture raised chicken, pork and beef.  Their website says they're supposed to have organic grass fed bison soon also.  Another thing I have investigated is buying online in bulk and getting a small freezer.  Also, here in NC there is a mountain river complex that raises trout.  It's expensive, but I might try it.

Nice! Yeah it's a PITA to plant a bunch of extra stuff, marigolds for example, to ward off deer. I may have tried Bison like ten years ago at a burger place in AZ called Blue Burger Grill, but I don't remember for sure. Once a month I'll do wild caught salmon, Trout sounds good too, it's a pretty clean fish.

Joyce foods sounds interesting. Speaking of that, there is a small health food place a couple towns over that I should stop by to support, I hope they are still open.

https://www.gov.uk/government/news/uk-flu-levels-according-to-phe-statistics-2019-to-2020

The last update on flu levels in the UK was published on 30th January 2020. Prior to that, flu levels were being published regularly on a more or less weekly basis.

So, since Covid-1984 started doing the rounds, flu cases have stopped being reported. Does nobody get flu anymore...? :classic_wink:

+1

Also like 1930's Germany a constant state of emergency and the suspension of civil liberties.

On the Drama channel they are showing repeats of EastEnders, I recently caught a scene in which a character was reading a newspaper called the 'Walford Gazette', and on the front page it  said something about a   ''mystery virus'',  there was nothing said about this  virus by the character reading the paper, which I thought was odd.  This episode was from 1993,  could this be predictive programming?

Funny you mention of EastEnders. I've just watched this clip that Sharon is the new owner of the Vic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qy18yPEuDsg

Haven't watched EastEnders for like 2 decades after chucking my TV out.

They never give people time to think, because they know what will happen if they do, so they have to keep rolling out one emergency after the other and one sensationalized fear-mongering news headline after another.   I stll say this is the real reason for brainwashing everyone into wearing a mask.  The people who believe in this farce are all people given to herd mentality and because they each look around and see everyone else in a mask then they're going to believe what everyone else believes and they're going to do what everyone else is doing.  It's like terminal group think.  And now, you have the corporations giving out mask wearing directives, and now many thousands of employees directed to wear the mask with the company logo on it.

If you want to see some real insanity wrt masks, the NASCAR Talladega race is today, and even though there are no fans there, or anyone else really to spread any virus, every person has been directed and ordered to wear a mask.  Even the tire changers and pit crews, like the gas can man, are all wearing masks, most of them with their team logos on them.  Then there's the drivers who have to put these giant masks on their faces right after the race when they're actually already starving to get oxygen.  Then, even more insane, the reporters after the race are interviewing the drivers using these long, 5 foot microphone extenders so none can be close to one another.  It's really, really crazy, like insane crazy.  Then, if you watch the daily NASCAR show "Race Hub", they're now sitting at a really long table so they're all 6 feet apart.  I'm at the point where I cannot actually watch it because it angers me so much I just want to scream.

So are we actually returning to normal now or is this a false sense of security before the next wave hits?

the vaccine science is embedded , seems they are happy atm.

people think infection = % deaths

the vaccinations are on the way

track and trace  is being outsourced to apple and google

bubbles are becoming used to quarantine healthy people

aint nothing normal about today  .... 'waves' , 'bubbles', 'corona vaccine', social distancing, face masks, gloves,

One of the things that I notice frequently when it comes to MSM and false flag/hoax events such as this is how they bombard us with so many things that people are very quick to forget what has already been said...

For example with this whole Covid stuff, we had the govt saying we would get to a certain number of years per day. Where are those figures now? What about splashing out on the temporary hospitals? Nobody seems to be asking questions about that. Now this track and trace nonsense is suddenly being pushed onto Google...what a surprise. The level and standard of journalism in this country is shocking. Nobody asks genuine questions.

No wonder the average person is in the dark.

One thing I'd like people to do is give me their views on what they see happening over the next year or so. Maybe three quick points.

I've spent lots of the lockdown reading and watching things on this and opinions vary.
