I wonder if they will be informing which customers have been affected? I think I'm going to delete every online account I have that holds my name, address and payment details, cancel my cards and get new ones and never shop online again! p.s. There are reports the Easyjet card numbers stolen also had the three digit code from the back of the card taken although I don't know if Easyjet have confirmed this but it can't hurt to be cautious. Going back to the previous page where the new topic post was created but not yet posted is possible, the page restores the typed post but once I hit submit button, I am on access denied cloud flare page again. I've posted a few new threads, but mainly, it's taken numerous attempts - I get blocked initially, than mess about trying again after connecting a link a different way, or removing bits. Sometimes I've been blocked with a straight forward typed reply, with no attachments. The glitch isn't behaving in a consistent way every time. Thanks for the feedback. I am not into complaining either, I do understand they are having bigger problems right now and do their best to fix all current issues. I just find it is only practical to let the admin, the mods know what's happening on our side and let the other posters know that they are not the only ones dealing with these new glitches, ...it's very confusing indeed. 2 days ago I couldn't even log in. It was a relief to read other ppl posts about the issues I was having as I just didn't know what to think. This will probably depend on how compromised the database and what the backup strategy is and if there is a "clean" backup available. If the database backup is restored to the "last known good" version then it's possible that the hackers may have access to the forum passwords as they may have downloaded the relevant tables, in which case a mass password refresh may be required. It's also possible that there is a trojan account in place that may also have been backed up. This is all dependent on what exploit was used to hack the forum. If it's possible to get a successful restore, then the current ("temporary?") posts and threads will either need to be merged with the original, or discarded. I would strongly recommend that all forumites, who ever embed Youtube videos in to their posts, go the extra mile and add the direct link to the Youtube video as well.
