Correction: According to Wikipedia "Gab is an English-language social media website known for its far-right userbase.[8] The site has been widely described as a "safe haven"[9] for extremists including neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and the alt-right.[10]"

Its main purpose is to allow discussion of right wing stuff and anonymous posts- so a nice cover

This on Twitter from David Icke' s account. Sorry had to spell out the domain to post

TERRIFIED OF DAVID ICKE: We have taken down David Icke dotcom overnight amid a serious denial of service attack. Judging by some of the 'hacker's' language involved and the horrible description of an Arab man we have a good idea where it is coming from.

I dont see this as being an intelligence agency op.

I think its more like a criminal enterprise to harvest Email addresses for Phishing scams.

Bringing down the DIF would serve only to reinforce any claims that the theories posted here are true, all of which have been here months - so would have gained traction long before now.

For me countering DIF is not achieved by hacking the forum - its achieved by counter propaganda on the msm or social media. Restricting DI presence on other media by claiming its wrong or delusional or loony etc. Leaving DIF up reinforces that - dont forget it doesn't come up on search engines now so people dont stumble into it.

Computer hacking and the criminal law

Hacking of computers

The hacking of computers is a crime which has increased exponentially since the inception of the internet. It takes many forms: from the defrauding of large corporations, the hacking of government databases to expose state secrets, to the identity theft of individuals.

The Computer Misuse Act 1990

The Computer Misuse Act 1990 (CMA 1990) was introduced in August 1990 following a Law Commission report surrounding computer misuse which found that the UK was trailing behind many EU member states in relation to technological development.

does anyone know where the hackers originate from?

Ultimately, it is the Israeli mafia behind it. Guaranteed. :classic_wink:

Isn't it illegal to hack? Could the police get involved in finding who is responsible?

Of course, the police 'could' get involved, but they won't. This was orchestrated by the PTB and the PTB ultimately control the higher echelons of the police.

Well if that is indeed who is responsible for the hacking then you have a point of course.

I have been getting " Banned" messages when i just come on the site to catch up on reading without signing in. I normally don't sign in unless i have something to say to post up. I signed in earlier and so far so good. Weird.

The David Icke website is now back up and running, but the links to the news articles still all lead to 'Error 502' webpages.

Well i guess it's a good start and that Admins. can iron out any other crinkles to get it running properly again. So do we post there now or stay on here? TIA.

PASSWORDS : if you use the same pwd here as you do elsewhere it seems like it would be good to change it ... for important things.

Unless it can be ascertained that the hacker did not have the passwords ... are they encrypted ?

No idea? Would be good to know.

I keep trying my bookmarked page to the DI Social Forums and the previous corona virus mega thread with approx. 600+ pages, but get a 502 Error code . As long as you are here you can still post for now like the rest of us, so i guess we just have to hang tight and see what can be restored. Sorry i couldn't be of more help.

Is this forum actually running from the David Icke server ?
Could it be ... and this is just a shot in the dark ... that the hacker has copied the forum and it is running from a different machine and we are now logged in to the hackers computer's copy of the forum ?
Perhaps that's a wild question, don't want to worry anyone.
