I think I understand what the software is calculating. I will use your first example of Vladimir Putin with the date 12/31/1999 (US format) to explain.

 

 

In numerology, letters are converted into numbers depending upon their position in the alphabet. A=1, B=2, C=3 and so on until you reach I=9. The next letter J becomes 1 again and you repeat the sequence. The chart below demonstrates this better than I can probably explain.

When the letters in names / words total more than 9, the digits in the total number are then reduced by adding them together until a single digit is reached. For example if, when its letters are added together, a name amounts to 41, the 4 is added to the 1 which makes a final single digit number of 5. Exception may, however, be made for "master numbers" 11, 22 and 33.

 

In numerological name analysis, vowels and consonants are often treated separately in order to provide different types of analysis. The entire name itself gives rise to an "expression" or "destiny" number surrounding the individual traits an individual is born with. The number derived from just the vowels in the name is known as the "soul urge" revealing the inner self and deepest motivations. The consonants are said to add up to the "personality" number and portrays the outward expression and how somebody appears to others.

 

For dates of birth, all the numbers within the date can be added together to arrive at a "life path" number which is said to predict "the general types of events and circumstances likely to occur as a person lives life". A birth day "core" number can also be arrived at just from the day which "tends to affect the approach a person takes when pursuing goals and opportunities". 

 

In your Vladimir Putin example, I will firstly show the workings for the individual name components.

• The vowel (soul urge) numbers have come from the following vowels in the the name - a (1), i (9), i (9) from Vladimir and u (3) and i (9) from Putin. 1 + 9 + 9 + 3 + 9 = 31 which, reduced to single number, makes 4 - this is what the 31 / 4 means in the total box to the right of the "vowels" box.
• The data entry field shows the full name entered which corresponds to the "expression" number. All the letters in Vladimir Putin add up to 69 which reduces to 15 and then to 6 hence why the total box to the right reads 69 / 15 / 6.
• The consonant (personality) numbers derive from v (4), l (3), d (4), m (4), r (9), p (7), t (2) and n (5) which add up to 38. The totals box reduces 38 to 11 and then to 2 hence 38 / 11 / 2. Some analysts may prefer to use the master number 11 in this case rather than reducing further to 2.

On the right hand side of the screen shots, there are separate workings for the date entered. Usually this would be the named individual's date of birth but, in your example, a date of 12/31/1999 has been selected. I don't know why this is but I can again offer the workings to you based on this date.

• The individual digits from the date calculator (1 + 2 + 3 + 1 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 9) add up to 35 which then reduces down to 8. This explains the 35 / 8 displayed in the "date total" box.
• The "month / day" box is displaying the total of 1 + 2 + 3 + 1 = 7.
• The day within the date of 31 reduces to 4.
• The final "name + date" box in the bottom right hand corner is taking the totals from both the full name (69) and full date (35) and adding these together to make 104. 104 is then reduced to 14 and 5 hence the 104 / 14 / 5 displayed in this field.

Whilst the software is doing the calculation, it is not offering the interpretation (at least within the screenshots given). You may now want to look up the supposed meaning of the numbers separately - there are plenty of numerology sites out there which offer such things.
