pi3141
Sir Keir Starmer accused the protesters of using the British flag as a symbol of violence. The press are reporting Starmer has accused all those people as violent. He didn't say 'Far Right' but that's how the press are reporting it. He said it on TV knowing it would affect the reputations of all the people involved. Imagine telling your neighbors, friends and work colleagues you were going to attend. After Starmer's interview all those people will think you are a Far Right, violent thug. It is in print and was broadcast to the nation. He knew all those people attending would be affected by his accusation. He has committed slander on at least 100, 000 British people. Can they sue him? A quick search says 'Yes' a group can be slandered. If the group can be identified. Class action by the protesters against Kier Starmer? 1
