This particular "Emperor" was extremely violent and full of himself, a direct descendant(as he claimed) from another asshole narcissistic mass murderer figure, Charlemagne. The town is 666 kilometers (414 miles) from Berlin. Kaiserslautern is home to about 100,000 people.
