Lucid/OBE Dreams

Been lucid dreaming for a lot of year's since I was a teenager. 

 

Problem I've started to get is severe pain in my eye's some of the time now. Think it maybe going through the REM stage and eye's are pressing too far up but can be painful. 

 

Also I've started to encounter lots and lots of doors like something trying to stop me advancing or it's my own subconscious. 

 

For those who would like to lucid dream.

 

1  .. Keep a dream diary and write down your dreams every time you wake up. At first you will get snippets and eventually will be writing down multiple dreams .

This helps to form the connection with the subconscious. 

 

2... At the end of the day start to visualise your day go back and trying to visualise your entire day who you met the shops ,people you walked past .

In time you'll remember more and more. 

This helps you keep lucid dreams going once you become aware.

 

3... Once in the dream state and you become aware. The thing that helps me is to start flying and get into the flow if you try and analyse too much you will wake up you can also give yourself powerful affirmations within the dream state.

There are Tech(nique)s, like:

 

W.I.L.D., which is Wake Induced Lucid Dream, which is like setting alarms for like 3 hours after you go to Sleep, 2 Hrs before You wake up, then 30 minutes before You wake up, then 15 minutes, then maybe even go to sleep again 5 Minutes before You wake up.

 

or just 1x 1 Hr or 30 Min before waking up.

 

 I think the others are like DILD and like MILD, one involves like having a Thing to center You, like the Top in the “Inception” Movie and the Light Switches in “Waking Life”. It could be Pinching Yourself or the like, or looking at Watches, Clocks or Writing, because they don’t Work the same in Dreams.

 

I am also interested in Medications that say “May cause Nightmares” and think there should be Clinical studies with that as a GOAL and not a Side effect. Like I’ve heard of, and Experienced, Remeron causing Dreams. Like Benadryl but stronger. An Anti-Histamine with other Effects.

I wouldn't be able to use alarm clocks to much of a light sleeper then not being able to get back to sleep again. 🙃 

 

Salvia can induce lucid dreaming very easily but that got banned few year's ago now.

The FDA should support some Clinical Studies related to Lucid Dreaming.
