I want to get into some Things about the Law for Everyone. There are a few ways to get into this, and maybe First we can Start by getting into the kind of Admiralty Law aspect and going at this straight from there. So the kind of best Theory out there supporting the “Sovereign Citizen” or “Freeman on the Land” argument, in the United States, would be either the one where the Mayflower Compact was the First Law Established here at Plymouth Rock, and that the Judge in a Court case is actually representing the Captain of a Ship (who can officiate Weddings under Admiralty Law, and has other Similar Governance Power under Admiralty Law, at Sea) and the Court Room has the Wooden kind of Banister dividing the Proceedings from the Audience, is representative of a Boat (all of that is False). And the other best argument is Probably the Moorish Science Temple argument, whereby the Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1787 is Paramount, and they are Claiming to be the Moors and America is (and was at the Time the Treaty was signed) “The Christians” mentioned in the Treaty. But this argument has largely swayed away from Noble Drew Ali’s Work at the OAS, etc, and is now largely just like the Movement Started by “The Sovereign Bible” which is a Patchwork of Old Laws, Black’s Law Definitions, and Bible Verses. So to get into Admiralty Law…

 

First, 
The Antelope, 23 U.S. 66 (1825)

This Case is an Actual Admiralty Case, where there were Slaves on Board, and the Judge gets into how Slavery is against God’s Natural Law, but that the Law of the Nations, and this Nation, still said that a Man could own another Man, some of the Slaves were Freed and some were not. Reading this whole Case You can see some of the intricacies of Admiralty Law, which is the Law of the Sea or Ocean and this Nation.

Ponce v. Roman Catholic Church, 210 U.S. 296 (1908)

This Case is part of what is Called “The Insular Cases” which was a set of Court Cases related to Territories received by the United States, from the Spanish Crown. The Case Covers Spanish Law being Applied in American Court and then Temples and Churches and how they have been Treated by Conquering States throughout History. It also gets into Treaties actually signed by the Catholic Church with other Countries.

So then Generally, the Sovereign Citizen or similar kind of “DeleteLawz” (from YouTube) generally calling themselves a “Legal Scholar” or something of the sort, will get into the “Universal Commercial Code” which is about like Barcodes on Coca-Cola and Monster cans, UCC is not about Your Birth Certificate or the U.S. Treasury and some Trust the Government made that owes Everyone $1,000,000. And denouncing Your Citizenship costs Money, and does nothing for You. It does not make You immune to Law Enforcement, the 14th Amendment Incorporated Everything. You used to be a Citizen of only Your State, but after the Civil War Everyone Born in the United States is a Citizen, and anyone inside its Borders is subject to our Laws and because of Due Process someone can even Sue from outside under U.S. Law, and be Subject to U.S. Law as applied to their making a Case. All of the Amendments were then Incorporated into the States also.

This is also Similar to another Concept, there is a kind of Rule and this has been fleshed out in Court Cases, I made a List of them on my Old Facebook Profiles but it was Deleted when the Media was Deplatforming me and Greg Abbot actually signed a Bill to have Ken Paxton help me, and instead Ken Paxton let it all happen. But there are a number of Court Cases about Treaties and how they apply, and the way it kind of goes is that if You are going to bring up a Treaty, there ought to be a Corresponding Law, as part of the Ratification Process. So if You are Citing a Treaty in U.S. Court, which is a tactic of the Sovereign Citizen, You actually should be able to Cite like Federal and State Laws and Cases. And to that Point, in most Cases You should focus on Federal and State cases in Your State, and if its State Court, or like County Court, definitely Cite Cases from Your own State. Laws are Different from State to State, Marijuana Cases being an example.

 

So then let’s get to Federalism more Specifically, there are 3 Branches of Government that Children are taught in like Social Studies, or History or Civics, and they come from the Constitution. The Constitution is “Foundational Law” and this is where the Amendments come in when arguing a Court Case, the Congressional Acts are called “Statutory Law” they are Statutes they are Codified Laws, then there is “Case Law” which is the Court making a Record, and Rules, and generally interpreting the Situation using Definitions from Congress in the Statutes. This is why it is not ideal for Courts to decide Things like Abortion, because Congress can, and should, just make a Definition and a Rule, and the Courts will do that. For example, the Farm Bill says that anything under 0.3% Delta-9-THC is “Hemp”. States like Texas have fought this, the DSHS making there own Law, Colorado did this  also, but the Federal Courts simply Read them the Farm Bill.

 

So You may want to know more about “What is Federalism?” and so let’s get into that, and You can look at the Federalist Papers written by People like Hamilton, and the Anti-Federalist Papers, written by People like Cato. But, maybe You have heard that McGraw-Hill has been Publishing in Textbooks for US Schools, that Moses was instrumental in the Writing of the Constitution, and You look and You see Benjamin Banneker, but Moses wasn’t there. The concept behind this is that the 12 Tribes of Israel is a Prototypical Example of a Federation System. Comparable to a Confederation, or a League in Ancient Times.

 

The 10 Commandments Written by Moses can be compared to the Constitution Written by Thomas Jefferson. You can compare this to Merlin, or Odin-Loki. Then Benjamin Franklin is like Thoth, Hermes, or Mercury; the Buda Symbol, “the Evil Eye Talisman” as it is called, like Ba’al-Hammon.

Now, to better understand Federalism we can look to other Systems, like Confederacies and Leagues, and another Example from the British Empire is the “Personal Law” System, which is a System where Your Religion usually determines the Laws You follow, and there is more of a Community Governance before it rises to Federal or State Court, like the Sanhedrin and Pilate, the Sanhedrin argues about Jesus saying “We can’t give one of our own to Pilate for Execution”.

 

There is a Paper about this, and it gets into Drinking, Smoking and Driving Ages, Speed Limits and Things. Females and Males used to have Different Ages they could Buy Beer in Different States before the Highway fund forced Everyone to have the same Drinking Age, 21, or lose their Highway Funds. And the Drinking Age in the United States is 21.

In this Case You can see I Sued the City of Austin, but they took it to Federal Court and had it dismissed under “Sovereign Immunity” which is a Right the State has as a Sovereign Entity. There have been recent Court Cases Piercing this Directly to allow an Officer to be Sued, but You could always Sue the City if they met the Standards of Monell Liability. You can also Pierce it under Bivens, which is a 14th Amendment Case, and Young, which is like USC Sec. 242/243 and USC Title 42 1983. “Civil Conspiracy” in Texas Case Law. But this Case shows me Suing the Austin Police and it was Dismissed because I should have Sued the City.

This Case shows Jeremy Kerr doing the same Thing in New Orleans. And if You were to get the Dashcam Footage I actually mention him, but I didn’t understand how the Lawsuit had gone until I did it and realized the same Thing happened to both of us. We Sued the PD, they took it to Federal Court by removing it to Federal Court. Then it was Dismissed because You can’t Sue the Police, You have to Sue the City.

And You Probably want to know more. Now You know how to Properly Sue the City, but You want to know more about how this Works. And maybe now is the Time to also bring up how Black’s Law Dictionary Works. Thomas Jefferson wrote the Constitution then they met as a Congress and said like “All the Laws from Britain regarding Religious Practice ought to be Repealed” and just Started Repealing Laws. So after like 1776 or whatever, the Courts used the English Common Law, but interpreted through the Constitution and the Congress, so the Court moved forward and Major Cases like Marbury v. Madison determined how it would Work. So You can use Black’s Law Dictionary, but not in all Cases. Americans relying on Black’s Law, and not their own Congressional Definitions in the Statutes, will be laughed out of Court and Videos will be made. Same with Jurisdictional Arguments, or “My name isn’t all Caps, that’s a Corporation” the Judge will simply say “What would You like us to call You?”, and the Moorish Science YouTube Videos are great examples of this.

 

 

Judges and Police were at First confused by this, and sometimes the Moorish Shriner Cap (the Fez) would throw off Judges and Police. But there is now Case Law about this, and many Judges know how to Deal with this. Noble Drew Ali did not Start the Sovereign Citizen stuff, that all came after Noble Drew Ali.

 

And if You don’t want to follow Traffic Laws (use Fake Sovereign Plates, or Moorish Identification Cards, arguing about “Traveling” and not Driving) or don’t want to show Your ID, Police will Break Your Window and pull You out of the Car. Sovereign Citizens have been known to Shoot Cops, so the Cops haven’t been Playing anymore. The Border Patrol Stops were the first Place People Tested the Police and had Windows Broken and it was all over YouTube, but more recently it’s People Driving on expired Licenses using Sovereign Citizen Arguments.

If You Read Court Cases they actually are Comprehensive usually, Supreme Court (SCOTUS) and State Court, and they get into a lot of how it all Works. And I mentioned this in the Crusade Thread in the Terrorism and War Section, but the International Court isn’t extremely useful, and we’ve all seen that in how it doesn’t have a lot of ability to Fix the Israel-Palestine Problem, Ukraine, the Wagner Group in Africa, etc. ECOWAS started to come together for that, but the Juntas are now basically Normalized. Syria is Run by a former Al Qaeda Affiliate.

Some may be thinking, I want to know more about this “LAW”. So let’s get into more. This is the “Administrative Procedures Act”, and it gets into like Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and then the Administrative Office of the Judges, which is who Runs the @uscourts Twitter Profile. Federal Judges have Rules about Twitter and Recording Videos in Court and Things. Justice Willet is kind of known for like using Rap Lyrics or kind of just like You could call it like “being Hip” but that’s even like an Old way of saying it, but he’s like doing that in his Court Cases, and he used to be called “The Twitter Judge” because he was Popular on Twitter when we was in the Federal District Court, but when Trump Promoted him to the 5th Circuit Court, he had to Stop Tweeting.

So if You were to File a Complaint about a Federal Judge, it would go to the Administrative Office of the Judges, and it goes to like the 5th Circuit or 9th Circuit or 2nd Circuit or 10th Circuit, and those Judges in an Administrative Executive Branch Capacity, will review the Complaint and these go into the System as like a “In re: Judicial Complaint” and You can find those Cases. You can Appeal to a Higher Administrative Review Board headed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. So this kind of gets into like Canon Law and Ethical Codes and all that, those are the Rules. In Texas the Office that does this is State Commission on Judicial Conduct (SCJC). And You want to get like Financial Info on Judges from the Secretary of State, I think the Federal one is a “Personal Financial Statement” (PFS). It’s like Filing a Good Bar Complaint against a Lawyer, You want as much as Possible.

 

Then, something a lot of People know about that was less Common before is the Writ. The Writ of Habeas Corpus is probably the most Well Known and used, where someone can get out of Jail if they have no Indictment or no Charges, Felony Charges have to wait 90 Days to let the DA Try to get an Indictment. But there are a lot of other Writs used for Bringing New Evidence and Things, that one is used a lot in DNA Cases where they had the DNA but Technology wasn’t there and someone was in Jail who wanted the New Tests used on the Blood at the Scene. People were Arrested based on Bloodtypes before, and the Vidoq Society are the ones who brought it to Case Law that if a Certain amount of Blood was Present at a Scene, there didn’t need to be a Body to Declare it wasn’t just a Missing Person.

God is always associated with the Law.

 

I want You all to realize that each and every one of us was Raised to believe Angels are like Space Police, so kind of Heavenly Army, like a Military from Heaven.

 

And the Law is about to come Known. Noah had never met God, yet he knew the Law (maybe something to do with Enoch, who is named in the Lineage from Adam to Noah but has a Miraculous Disappearance instead of a Death). But Noah knew what Animals were Clean and Unclean when he took them on the Boat, now we know this means they were labeled as “Worm infested” and Otherwise not Fit to eat. Which they only could have known if Angels and Nephilim existed all along and then experienced Worms and taught the Humans the Law.

 

But God comes with the Law, and the Law is Real.

 

Angels actually Teach People how to Sin, it is part of what Angels do. Like Pointing out Unclean Animals, that is Teaching someone to Sin. Then the Humans have to be Strong enough to say “Humans do Human Things” is not a High Enough Standard, are strive to be Better. This is the Law.

If You Follow the 42 Laws of Ma’at You are like a God, many of the Laws Though are like the Boyscout Motto “Leave no Trace” as in leave the Outdoors in Better Condition than when you came. And that is also how the 10 Commandments Work, and I’m a Hindu Angelical not a Christian. But if You Follow the 10 Commandments very Well, You are a Higher Degree of Person, and that is what a Levite Priest was. The Jews never all Followed the Laws, just the Levites mainly. The Christian World has “The Occult” while the Muslims have Occultated, so Occult just means that something is Covered. Like if we couldn’t see a Constellation of Stars because it is on the Other side of the Planet, it is Occultated:

And what the Christian Community of Debate is failing to Recognize is that I’m not like the Atheists, I’ve been part of an Atheist YouTube show and someone at CNN Probably has Videos of it. Maybe Bill Oreilly knows who has Videos of me and the Atheists. I was more similar to Sa Neter, and the Moorish Science Temple (not when they are Sovereign Citizens, but when they talk about Moab and Statehood, example being when Cryptocurrency Started and I was at the Lead of not just Town making, but Statehood Discussion, Statecraft).

 

And this is like WWII with the Occult. I’m not some Atheist, or Person just stumbling into Religion, I’ve been suing the Government for violating my Religion for Years and Years. And that is now coming to a Head in Dallas Texas, because the CIA and FBI people like Josh Campbell and others at CNN and Fox News, they wanted there to be “Plausible Deniability” where they can say they never did anything to me. But Bob Davis ruined that for them, because I have Documentation of how he Talks about my Religion.

Protected Speech Requires, 2 Things, an Intent to Convey a Particularized Message. And a Reasonable person should be able to see that the message could be understood by someone the Message is targeted at.

 

The Balancing Test is Burning Flags, and Graffiti, for Criminal Mischief. On which side does the March 2023 Incident Fall? What is Bob Davis’ Role? Etc.

 

We will get into more Soon. This is Federalism, the Sovereign Citizens have nothing on me because I’m a Federalist. Like a Jew in a Tribe of Jews, part of a wider Jewish Federation. Levites for example are in Charge. Hardly a Jew in the Bible believes in God, they are all Pagans in the Bible, then the Law returns again and again and God Follows.

The Hebrew Word for Angel is Melech, it JUST MEANS KING OR MESSENGER OF GOD OR MESSENGER OF A KING. Angelos is a Greek interpretation, meaning “Messenger who Travels between Hades and the Mortal Realm”.

 

What the Bible says, if we just use the Word “King” in Place of Angel, that Ancient KINGS, now called Angels today, but Kings Ruled over the Jewish Tribes, Guiding them from afar.

 

A Network of Ancient Royal Families that Ruled like the Phoenicians, who would come in a Ship and send a Small Boat to shore for Interactions like Tin Trading. Ruling like God even, without even being noticed other than a few mentions, where the Bible says “Angel”. We just need to Replace the Word with “King”. Now, the interesting Part is that these Kings, are related to Giants. And Seraphim. They are part of the Elohim. They are just called Angels in the Bible though. The Melech. A Royal House. The Royal House, over all Kings. Like Merlin, or Moses, or Loki, or Thomas Jefferson, raised in the Royal Families, but also connected to Other Orders as like Moses not being raised with a Jew to even talk to, then Writing the Law. Moses was Raised in the Palace.

So Judgement, we have a Pretty Good Definition, Separating Sheep from Goats, like Ancient Judges. And then everyone who knows anything about any of this at all knows Angels don’t just come and say, “Hey, everyone did Great, we’re like Aliens here’s our Technology”, Angels come to make some Things Right that aren’t.

 

There was a City called Ebla in the Middle of the Desert hit by an Asteroid, it is identified as Sodom and Gamorah. The Story of Hellen of Troy and the Trojan Horse, it couldn’t be confirmed before that Troy ever existed, but it was Found. Des- is French for “to Remove”, Troy is the City, -ed is an indicator of past tense. Destroyed, Des-Troy-ed.

 

There are some Things happening around the World and Many Things can happen now. The Seals are Opened and we are doing the 144,000. I don’t want to go around Identifying Horsemen and Things, but we did a lot. We definitely did Revelations 1 with all the Nations. It may be that Revelations isn’t Chronological in that as it happens Chronologically it also happens many Other ways.

But I’m Talking about the Flood, and Armies of Light, that have been waiting for Judgement Time, since the Flood. When Jesus Spits in the Dirt and Heals the Blind Man he says something that has maybe more meaning than most People notice.

 

He says that the Man is not Blind because of Sins committed by his Parents, and Jesus does not deny that Sin causes Birth Defects and Things, in fact he is kind of affirming it. But then he goes on to say that this Specific Blind Man was Born Blind for the purpose that the People could witness the Power of God when he was Healed.

 

And someone might say “What an Evil and Boastful God”, but they are missing the whole Point about this being something Jesus is teaching about God. God might do Things that seem Wrong to a Human. Some ask, “If the Angels Sinned, why did God Punish all the Humans with a Flood?” and the Answer does not exactly make it Right from a Human Moral Standpoint, but Judgement Time is when the Angels will be Judged for what they did. It is like a Court Date, and Angels get to bring up their Rights, and Defenses, and Prove their Moral Character, etc.
