I'm not a dad, and I don't have daughter/daughters, I saw a Paul Joseph Watson video for a few minutes and this sat with me. It seems culturally a big moment. The fact that this is now making the news and is at the forefront of culture.  I want to go into more depth on my thoughts, spiritually, and what it means for everyone else and the inevitable tribal split. 

 

I do believe porn is a weapon anyway I've realised that the last few years. I can't stand the only fans culture, not least because it doesn't make sense when there are plenty of escort websites to actually have a sexual encounter, or even just old fashioned porn sites that have been running since the early 2000s.

 

I wouldn't even necessarily advocate banning porn, I'm not a Christian and I don't particularly care what one gets up to behind closed doors.

 

But what seems insidious and what I've noticed on the last few years particularly with websites like Facebook and other social media (I know Facebook isn't really popular with youth anymore) seems to be crass out in the open quite graphic explicit sexual jokes. I'm not a little old lady who gets offended, I'm still a relatively young man who doesn't mind the odd innuendo, hell even filthy joke now and then. But when I'm seeing memes about "when she farts after you finished in her stinkhole" and then a picture of cream or something, and then I see men tagging girls (presumably their girlfriends, wives etc) like what is up with that? 

 

Seem to be so desensitized to this now and that is worrying as I think as a society the more out in the open it is the more people will end up doing more perverted things to satisfy their starved sexual appetite. 

 

I thought this for a long time. But tonight just kind of stuck with me.

I only heard of onlyfans through Mark Collett's Odysee channel and I think it's a combination of a downward spiral in our civilisation, but also these things being promoted to our young people in a deliberate way to make us more degenerate and weakened.

I don't really see it as satisfying a starved sexual appetite. Onlyfans, and hardcore porn in general, looks more like the natural sex drive (which can be satisfied in traditional healthy relationships) is being twisted into an addiction which can only be satisfied by ever more extreme stimulation like this example.  Our healthy nature being turned into what looks like a psychological disorder and is certainly destructive of a healthy family life.

I agree. What I meant was the more in the face this stuff is, the more people will seek out wilder acts to satisfy those urges. It's not taboo anymore.

This is my fear and feel free to correct me. The more hardcore pornorgraphy is normalised and spoken about, the more dirty kinky acts will be seeked out for thrill. Sex loses it's "naughtiness" and people seek more risky more disgusting things to satisfy the sexual desire. The over use of social media, porn sold as entertainment, coupled with the fact that anyone can earn money via doing something extreme, creates a perpetual cycle of  abuse and degradation, which is further egged on by their "followers".

The same thing is going around related to extreme eating on social media. These are really just what would have been considered fetishism back in the day.

 

Its all designed to break down society and caring for, or about, others.

What this could easily lead to is a puritanical backswing of the current debauchery pendulum unless we stop it and move towards a more caring, balanced society.

Personally, I think money drives all evil on this planet. If we can choose to evolve without it, we could build a much freer society not based on using others to feed ourselves.

Because its been forced on us whilst wrapped up as "art" or "entertainment", and it mostly links back to the deliberate misinterpretation of our true self. Add religion with rules as the excuse to kill, murder, rape while pretending to be virtuous.
