godisphotons
Hi. I was listening to this song by Imogen Heap. I forgot what it's called. But there's this one part of the song and it just made me feel a lot of things. I am doing this 30 Day Challenge by Earl Nightingale. Has anyone ever read his book How To Change Your Life in 30 Days? I'm on Dat 3. And I've pretty much been trying my absolute hardest to literally be positive more than I ever have in my life and it's like I feel like I'm battling against myself and other forces like I can feel the negative energy from people and from the beyond and myself trying to get me mad or upset or sad. Like I can feel it. But I've done my best to literally smile everything off and I feel it's working. I hope that this book changes my life and I want you guys to take a look at it. I listened to the audiobook on YouTube free. It's pretty quick so it's not a very long read. Just straight to the point. I just hope you guys wherever you are in life just stay positive no matter what you're going through. No matter how many bad things you've done or how bad of a person you are or if you're a good person and you're going through bad stuff, I hope things get better for you. We didn't ask to be here as far as we know it. So I feel for everybody alive on earth right now. Peoples coping mechanisms for life has destroyed many. And I hope we all come up with better ones to make this world like the garden of eden maybe one day even if this isn't the final place that we go to. I wish you all well. And if anyone knows anything about the book by Earl, feel free to tell me what you think. 2
godisphotons
I'm on Day 4 right now really Day 5 I think. And man it's like I can see and feel the negative energy trying to attack me still but it's been less today. I feel like it's dissipating and I'm learning to combat it more and more and think happy thoughts and smile. When you do this you pretty much write what you want to manifest down on a card and then in 30 days u pretty much give yourself more than you ever have before and be a positive person long story short and it should change your life Earl says. So far I've gave of myself showing love to random people online really. Just showing love pretty much. I've had little disagreements but it was met with me showing love at the end of the day. I can feel like the me that wants to war with people and be toxic and sad come out but then at the same time it's like I'm literally making an effort not to have it come out and literally smile and stay positive. I've done it before but not like this because the paths I've chose in life were opposite. I joined a gang and chose to do bad things at the same time trying to save my people which sounds weird but I joined a gang to actually do good in the community but life teaches you what's right so.. I also chose to sell my soul to the record industry so that also put a damper in me being fully positive. Now that I'm on the positive path fully I can feel like.. Like I can feel me not getting manipulated by people anymore. It's like a shield or force field over me contained of love that protects me when people try to do me wrong. Everyday has been an eye opener so far. I hope I can share more of my updates on this. - Day 5
godisphotons
A little update. I actually had to start over. I spazzed out online on some people and had some drama with these two girls a little online even though in both incidents I said I had good intentions and it's all love the book said if you find yourself overwhelmed by negativity you must start so start over I must. I'm on Day 1 now but now I meditated and found some anchor points to think on to block the bad thoughts from coming out. I still feel the negativity trying to claw its way out but I'm not letting it and I'm doing my awful hardest not to let it come out. I still kinda feel sad but happy at the same time because I know that I'm making the right moves and thinking the right way in the best way I can. Wish me luck. godisphotons
Lol I'm definitely not perfect. I ended up having to restart again because I slipped out and got mean on a person but again I told them my bad. But I'm also realizing that this is kind of healing my inner anger and it also helped me to see the beauty of releasing anger until it's no more so I'm just gonna keep doing it until I can control my negative emotions which is what Earl said to do. One must control your negative emotions. I know it's healthy to release it as well but when it comes to the metaphysical I believe you can control your reality by tapping into frequencies and when you vibrate you create a frequency and that momentum goes out into the world. So Day 1 starting 6:00am today. It's 4:06am. I also told myself if I see no improvements by the end of the 30 days I'm going back to talkin crazy to girls again to get them so hopefully this maybe gets me to get the right one or ones which is what I'm manifesting pretty much. Wish me luck
RobinJ
These negative thoughts are not yours. They come because you allow them in. Breaking free of the system programming takes work. Most don't even try. But I can tell you its absolutely worth it. Those trolls online are mostly bits to create anger in the collective. There's a great NLP trick I share a lot which helps banish negativity faster than 30 days. The premise is to shock your brain into stopping. Basically all you do is wear a loose elastic band around your wrist. Every time a negative thought surfaces you twang that band. Once you've shocked your brain into stopping you replace the negative thought with something positive. Ultimately, you will do this without the prop of the band, by simply retraining ourselves to react better. Then it becomes automatic to be more positive. I'll leave you with one last thought. Its been proven that we have more neurons in our heart than our brain. In truth, our heart and emotions runs the show not the brain. Loads of fascinating research on this from the Heart Math Institute and Gregg Braden if you want to dig deeper. I often find that if I know the "why" of something then I move forward quicker in my personal journey.
godisphotons
Day 2 - i've actually started getting better. It has gotten easier to control the negativity and I've been floating effortlessly in a happy mode for two days now. So far it's working. And I'm gonna try the rubberband trick. It sounds too easy. I think that's gonna definitely work it sounds like. After my relapse I actually started getting better. I think I had to cleanse and purge my anger that one time but now I'm good. I've been floating really. Your trick might make things even better. And also, I originally started doing the 30 Day Challenge mainly to manifest something. I read it and it said to pretty much think positive but it wasn't my main goal but the intention might have led me to what you just told me just now about the rubber band trick furthering my journey so I want to thank you for sharing that for me because I definitely really needed it. MR H just did the rubber band thing to clear negative thoughts. He said it worked for him. The thing is, most of what we can do to change ourselves is easy but many don't even want to try because they have the mindset of failure. Most NLP tricks are easy. I doubt they would work if they were too complicated. I keep coming across the same ideas I learned in Nlp in various spiritual folks. Its really very similar, just expressed differently through the language. Fascinating really when you see it. If you want to manifest something its not enough to be positive. You have to be able to tap into your heart center and feel what it would be like to have that situation, as if it has already happened. Really feel all aspects, live it if you like. What actions can you take to bring it closer to you? Who else would it benefit? BTW, most people don't know this, but NLP also has a very similar version of manifestation... And ill leave it at that.

You right. I already be visualizing and living in the end state already. I think about it alot. And what is nlp's version of manifesting if I may ask. Off topic.. Do you know anything about self-learning ai? Like does that exist? Like can one purchase it or buy the things to build one?

Once you begin the journey of learning about yourself and how to fix things or situations that keep repeating, that is the road to inner peace and spirituality, whether we realise it or not. -NLP was a huge step on that path for me. Now, 20+ years later, I can see some of the same techniques I used being reframed with new language that is all based on spiritual concepts. Its just one of many tools we can use to wake up to our true self and set us free from lmiting patterns.

I.e. how to reinforce a positive behavior?

Yes there is but its more in depth to try explain. If you are good at visualisation in your head it should be easy. One way is to use two versions of scenarios. One is a positive outcome and one less so. Basically you set up two pictures in your head of that scenario. The one you wish to lessen or remove, you see it as a picture that is darker or black and white. The other to reinforce is a light vibrant version. You visualise the bright one getting closer and brighter and more detailed, the other you send backwards so it gets less distinct. This is good for bigger decisions. What are you wanting to change? Another simple trick I used on myself (which may sound little nuts!) Is to celebrate all the small wins you get. When you realise you've moved forward or conquered something...I used to jump up and down, says thanks and do a little dance This does two things, you release that positive energy, and help your brain really love the small wins. It also puts you in a good frame of mind and tricks the brain into releasing feel good chemicals. You also connect your heart center so all can join as one and get used to loving and acknowledging the wins, as, we tend to exaggerate the negative and not reinforce the positive, thereby letting negative win. Celebrating the wins reinforces the behaviour we want to keep instead.

NLP, I feel, has been deliberately hijacked and derided over the years, rather like astrology. However, when it is used to help people understand themselves by using just a few simple tools, rather than sell to people, it can be an amazing force for good. Many parts of it have been relabeled and called CBT, or body language, for example. Its frustrating to me that these great tools are all out there but either hidden or derided so that folks don't find them. Glad its helping you both.
