Interesting synchronicity. Was listening to a Neville Goddard lecture just this moment and he was talking about the law of reverse effort - which explains the question I asked earlier. The examples he gave, the harder you try to sleep the more difficult to sleep, the more you try and remember someone's name, more likely you forget it. When you try and get something you are confessing you don't have it....

Wondering something on similar lines today after speaking here about it.

But upon reflection of my life. Whenever everything in my inner world has been on point, the outer world reflected it. And whenever it wasn't on point the outcome never ever happened.

Provide 2 examples.

Last time I was unemployed. I went to interviews. I was nervous, doubted myself, didn't think I'd get the job. And didn't get the job. This went on and on. I got sick of it after one interview. And decided the next interview I'm going to get the job. There's actually nothing they can do about it. All my inner dialogue was positive. I got the job despite not really having the experience.

Another example. I used to play basketball. Whenever I was nervous in a match and doubted myself, I didn't play well. When I had no self doubt and inner dialogue was positive, I was almost unplayable.

Could it actually be that simple? That your outer world merely reflects your inner world?

Its definitely part of it, yep. Another way of putting that is: you are what you believe.

We need to be careful to not take on beliefs of others.

On a separate note, I just watched a really great interview with a combined galactic astrologer/ QHHT practitioner. Perhaps knowing some of your incarnations can open new doors

Quite interesting. When I was speaking to the instructor were saying there's not really a thing called Tai chi or Qiqong. These are modern terms given to Daoist practices which also includes self defense.

So I'm not sure what you call what I was doing but it is really cool. Feel energized and aligned after.

And one exercise blew my mind. That was you had to try and bend someone else's arm upwards. Them standing with arm out straight stopping you.

First of all. The person would use their muscles to stop them from bending the arm. This did not work for anyone. As an example I'm a giant and was paired with small women. I could easily force her arm up.

Then we had to try, but relaxed, with right alignment and the energy from the breathing techniques. Using no force or resistance at all. It becomes impossible to move the arm. No matter how hard you yank it or weight/strength differences, it doesn't budge an inch. Then I tried, yes, it really works. Really crazy stuff this Daoist Energy arts......

I found this verse in the bible. I think it sums up the situation quite well 🙏

John 15:5 "“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

A reflection really.... maybe some others found the same?

But person charecter is only really truly revealed when you go through the depths of hell. You actually get to witness the building blocks that makes up the charecter.

During good times, the building blocks are easily masked

So. I've been doing a deep dive into galactic astrology recently and it is amazingly accurate. Its connected stuff I've seen in my dreams and visions and given me greater insight on my path, wounds, and personality.

Now im working on a theory that there are 12 main modalities, that are linked to our astrological personality profile, which are also linked to what would be the easiest way for each individual to access their spiritual path based on the above.

So for example, my friend is Leo and very mathematical in thinking, so her way in would be most likely sacred geometry or numerology.

Plenty on every sign. The astrology is just the basis. The galactic shows origins and what other beings you've had contact with in other life time experiences. There is a web site to get a free chart at https://www.galacticastrochart.com

Conjunctions and opposites are the most important start points. Then there's a ton of research to follow...

You can check out Julia Balaz on YT for more info, or start with the link I pasted above.

Warning... can be seriously addictive! 😂

You should be like space. If you pay attention to things external to you, you will be carried away. If you are the space and not the body, then at that stage the body does not remain as the body because there is nobody to evaluate the body as body. In chidakash you evaluate the world as name and form, but when name and form are dissolved, a dissolution takes place. All forms dissolve in mahakash. You evaluate a form, that it is like this or like that. When evaluation is not there, the mind is not there, it is like space.

Chidakash is that raw material by which you evaluate whatever you experience or whatever you observe. In the process of becoming more subtle, the external forms are dissolved into mahakash; no more names and forms. Simultaneously, the process of evaluation and mind functioning stops, dissolves itself into chidakash. When both mahakash and chidakash become still, it is space only and you are the space. Because of the external body, the "I Amness" is felt. However, in the absence of the body, the "I Amness" is still there without feeling "I Am". I am ever-prevailing.

I wanted to ask the question here. Folks mention free will a lot.

What does it actually mean?

From what I can gather the concept was invented by christians and means "Free will is the capacity or ability to choose between different possible courses of action"

If you look at human actions, it should be abundantly clear that 99.9999% are automated.

We don't decide to grow our nails, make our heart beat, breathe, see, touch, smell, taste, hear....

This leaves an extremely narrow window of what it could apply to, thoughts.  But scientists and our experience says these happen like the other 99.9% of our activities, automated or influenced, in scientific language by the subconscious , in philosophical language, by consciousness.

So what is this free will?

Another concept been distorted, responsibility. People seem obsessed with trying to assign blame or to aggrandize someone. Modern meaning given, the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone.
"a true leader takes responsibility for their team and helps them achieve goals"

This distortion of the meaning brings with it confusion, creating illusiory separate people"responsible ".

People get visibly angry when you tell them there is no one in control. That doesn't mean there is no control, no responsibility, just no personal control.

As for responsibility to re route to it's etymological meaning.

"Responsibility means the “ability” to “promise (spond) anew (re).”Responsibility implies the ability to bring forth a new future as a commitment through the act of promising anew. Responsibility requires the ability to approach today’s problem with tomorrow’s solution"

We have this ability, it's just not a personal one, for there are no persons...

The coptic Ethiopian calendar is similar to the Mayan, and is still used by a minority. I've spent a few days down a rabbit hole and discovered some great 'pearls'. Here's one. (Use Ethiopian calendar converter from Ethiopia Government website).

Enter 21/06, and it gives you 14/10. The latter is the battle of hastings, the day England died. The former is....

Great teaching from Sony. 🙏

Sony Pandey

Reality is a Dream of Mind... You Are Dreaming Time Into Existence ♾

Everything you see, touch, and experience is not real... it’s a dream of Mind. Time does not pass... you are generating it. Matter is not solid... it is standing waves of energy, appearing real through structured illusion. The ancients knew this. Science is catching up. Let’s unravel the dream. 👇

What if everything you perceive... your body, the stars, the past, the future... is not actually there? What if all of existence is simply a thought, a dream of Mind, projected as structured light?

This is not just philosophy... it is encoded in ancient scriptures, modern physics, and the visionary works of Walter Russell, the Vedic rishis, the Hermeticists, and the Gnostics.

The Vedas say that all of reality is the dream of Brahman... an infinite, cosmic intelligence that breathes universes into existence. Walter Russell described existence as waves of light emanating from absolute Stillness. The Hermeticists called it The All, an infinite consciousness dreaming itself into form. The Gnostics warned that the material world is a distortion... an illusion that traps divine sparks inside a false perception of separation.

But if this is a dream… who is the Dreamer?

📌 The Greatest Illusion: Motion Exists Only in the Mind

Walter Russell saw the universe as a cosmic cinema, where light and shadow create the illusion of movement. The Bhagavad Gita calls it Maya... the grand illusion. Hinduism describes Vishnu dreaming the multiverse into existence, where each universe has its own G.O.D. (Generator, Operator, Destroyer).

Every ancient civilization had a version of this truth:

🔹 Reality is not solid - it is a structured illusion.

🔹 Time is not linear - it is cyclical, like a looping dream.

🔹 Motion does not exist - everything is Stillness vibrating at different frequencies.

We believe the dream is real because we are inside it. But outside of it, there is no time, no space... only Mind.

📌 The Hidden Science: Why Reality Feels Real

The only reason matter appears solid is because light waves interact in structured interference patterns, forming standing waves. These waves do not actually move... they simply appear to be “there.”

🔹 Quantum physics confirms this:

Electrons don’t exist as objects... only as probability clouds.

The Double-Slit Experiment proves particles only appear when observed.

The Observer Effect shows that consciousness collapses potential into form.

The Holographic Universe Theory suggests space-time is a projected reality.

Your body is not solid... it is a pattern of energy.

Your mind is not inside your brain... your brain is inside the dream.

Your thoughts do not belong to you... they are frequencies moving through the field.

The deeper we look, the more we realize: nothing is actually there. The universe is a dream, held together by Stillness.

📌 Mind is the Architect: Thought Creates Time

If time is not real, why do we experience it? - Because you are dreaming it into existence. Ancient wisdom and modern physics agree: time is an illusion generated by perception.

🔹 A dream feels real while you are inside it, but it collapses the moment you wake up.

🔹 Thought is what generates the flow of time... because the moment you think, you create a “before” and “after.”

🔹 Memory strings events together, but the only reality is NOW.

Even Einstein said:

“The distinction between past, present, and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”

And in the movie Lucy, one of the most profound lines states... “Time is the only true unit of measure. It gives proof to the existence of matter. Without time, we don’t exist.”

But what if time itself is a projection of Mind? What if existence is only real because it is perceived? If thought is the architect, then every moment you experience is simply the result of the dream you are generating.

📌 The Nature of God: The Dreamer, Not the Form

If all of existence is a dream… then what is God?

Every tradition has tried to define God... as a being, a force, a creator. But what if God is not an entity... but the Dreamer itself?

🔹 The Gita calls God the Unmanifest... beyond comprehension.

🔹 Walter Russell describes God as the Still Magnetic Light... a force that never moves, yet causes all motion.

🔹 The Hermeticists call it The All... a state of infinite potential.

This means:

🔹 God is not a being... God is the Stillness behind the waves.

🔹 The universe is not outside of you... you are inside its dream.

🔹 The highest realization is not “finding God”... it is waking up from the dream.

This is why those who enter deep meditation, psychedelic states, or near-death experiences describe encounters with divine beings, luminous entities, or infinite intelligence.

But are these figures real? Or are they symbolic constructs within the dream? If a dog were to perceive God, it would see a luminous dog. If a human perceives God, they see a luminous being. But beyond all forms, beyond all interpretations, there is only Stillness.

📌 What This Means for Your Life

If reality is a dream of Mind, then what is your purpose?

To wake up within the dream. To remember who you are.

The ancient sages, mystics, and even modern quantum physicists all sought the same thing: to escape the illusion and return to the Source.

🔹 Meditation is not just relaxation - it is waking up within the dream.

🔹 Breathwork is not just calming - it is harmonizing your frequency with Stillness.

🔹 Fasting is not just for health - it is reducing density and increasing light flow.

And perhaps the most profound realization:

✨ You are not the body - you are the light animating it.

✨ You are not the thinker - you are the Stillness behind the thoughts.

✨ You are not in the universe - the universe is in you.

The dream continues as long as you believe in it. But the moment you remember who you are, the light no longer blinds you.

Then, you become the Light. 🚀

Now the real question: If you woke up, what would you see?

 ~ Sony Pandey ♾✨

She also spoke about this. I think is an interesting alternative way to conceptualize the "loosh" or energy harvesting theories. Certainly a more empowering perspective 🙏

Attention Isn’t Just Currency… It’s Survival. And You are Being Farmed Like an Energy Battery. There is a reason attention is the most fought over resource. It’s not just about distraction… it’s about energy! Your mind is an electrical system. Focus seals your charge. Distraction leaks it. The more incoherent your attention, the weaker your field. Every news cycle, every notification, every endless scroll… it’s not just noise. It’s an extraction of your life force… designed to keep you running on empty. Because a depleted mind doesn’t question, it obeys.

Who is Harvesting You?

It’s easy to point at corporations, governments, secret societies. But these are just conduits. The real force behind the energy drain is MIND itself… both individual and collective. The mind thrives on expansion, chase, movement. It was designed that way… an open circuit, always seeking, never resting. Infinite Consciousness (cosmic intelligence) embedded this program into the finite mind so that intelligence could experience itself through contrast. But here’s the paradox… The moment you turn attention inward, the game collapses. And the mind resists. It creates distractions… not to enslave you, but to keep itself alive. Because mind, left unchecked, is entropy.

The Physics of Attention:

Coherence, Capacitors & Closed Circuits Attention is not abstract… it’s an electrical phenomenon. Think of it like a capacitor, an energy storage system: •An Open Circuit Leaks Charge: When your focus is scattered… social media, news, mindless consumption—your energy dissipates outward. You become an open-loop capacitor, leaking charge instead of retaining it. •A Closed Circuit Holds Power: When attention is sealed inward, as practiced in deep meditation, the system stabilizes. Your biofield strengthens. Your energy stops bleeding out. This is why nature restores you. It holds charge effortlessly. A tree doesn’t seek validation. A river doesn’t chase attention. They exist in coherence. When you immerse yourself in nature, your field synchronizes with its stability, and you begin reclaiming what was lost. But modern life is designed to break that circuit. Constant notifications, infinite scrolling, manufactured urgency, these act as resistors, forcing energy to drain instead of accumulate. Ever feel like a zombie after hours of scrolling? That’s not just dopamine addiction. That’s electromagnetic drainage.

What Happens When You Leak Charge?

1.Chronic exhaustion: No amount of food, sleep, or entertainment satisfies you because the real energy loss isn’t physical… it’s electrical. 2.External reality dictates your life: If your attention is always reacting, you’re not creating reality… you’re consuming someone else’s. 3.Accelerated aging: Incoherence means constant cellular misfiring. This is why deep meditation slows aging… it locks charge into the system. 4.A hunger for attention: People don’t just want attention. They need it to survive. Because without internal coherence, they seek external charge to compensate. This is why the world is starved for validation. Everyone is running on empty circuits.

The Way Out:

Sealing the Capacitor Withdraw excess attention from the external… not through isolation, but through conscious selection. Every time you engage with something, ask… “Is this charging me or draining me?” Build coherence through focus. Focus isn’t just thinking… it’s locking onto a singular resonance until it bends reality. The most powerful people aren’t the most informed. They are the most undistracted. Master the art of attention inversion. Instead of constantly feeding the external, learn to hold charge within. A Being That Holds Charge Becomes Untouchable. Not because they fight. Not because they resist. But because they generate no resistance at all. They do not crave. They do not leak. They do not obey the script. They become a self-sustaining field of coherence. And that is what makes them truly free!

Something that helped me recently.

Place less attention and energy on trying to change the projected and focus on changing the projector 🙏

What do I mean by this?

As an example. Say someone is trying to manifest money. They may be giving energy to what's being played in the screen.

So they might be saying, " I am a lottery winner" in their affirmations.

What's on the screen is in motion and dense. It can take time to happen if at all and considerable struggle in many cases.

However if you place the focus on the projector, you are then realigning with the creator inside you. Remember you are the one creating this reality, not the screen imposing itself in you. The screen is a reflection of the projector.

So a more useful affirmation, might be something like, "I project abundance in my life every where I go" or something like this. Then that movie has to be played out on the screen as a law of reflection.

There is a great YT channel called "Power thoughts meditation club"

They have lots of these types of binaural beats guided meditations

For anyone starting out with meditation its a good way to retrain your mind to shut up, and to replace bad thought patterning with a more positive version.

Any new habit such as meditation will need a minimum repetition of 21 days to replace an old  pattern. Also better to do it at the same time each day to form the new habit and bed it in.

I used to do them before sleep as I was already more relaxed.

Self hypnosis works the same way.

I was wondering if anyone has a good system for planning the day? And sticking to it?

I have quite severe ADHD. When I was part of the system it wasn't too problematic, turn up at 9 leave at 5.

Now I'm out of the system, I sometimes find myself lost. Then try to formulate some kind of planning system, then get embroiled in hours spent just on planning and leaves less time for doing,😂

How do normal folks organise their projects/day? 🙏
