Have targeted individual complaints of 5G microwave attacks stopped in states where chemtrails are banned?

On March 18, 2024 the Tennessee legislature (United States of America) passed a bill targeting geoengineering chemtrails on March 18, 2024. Some targeted individuals claim that they believe that populated areas are being chemtrailed with military nano smartdust which is being used to torture them with dual 5G beams to small portions of their body. The smartdust has been confirmed to pulse both detectable magnetic field and electromagnetic fields when activated by 5G.  The 5G beams are blockable via RF silver fiber fabrics and metal.  The FCC denies any such attacks occur and refuses to investigate complaints from the public.  5G frequencies are approximately half of the known military 5G Active Denial frequencies.  According to medicine, any microwave band 5G frequency above 2.5Ghz can be used to heat tissue.  In Tian Jian Liu's book "Introduction to Skin Biothermomechanics and Thermal Pain" Tian Jian Lu. 2011. P. 347, ISBN 978-3-642-13201-8 microwaves can be used to torture someone if a small area of tissue is heated 0.2 deg Celsius and pulsed below the critical pain threshold which is 20-60hz through a mechanism called pain windup.

Targeted individuals have included a mix of complaintants ranging from legitimate whistleblowers complaining of 5G attacks following their filing legal actions against the US government to questionable people complaining of being targeted for no reason through gangstalking by people around them.  The latter is known to be from the mental illness of paranoia but the former is likely due to a real active denial system being included within the approved US 5G microwave power spectrum which per beam is 250x higher than the maximum levels approved for China.  Using two beams would double this to 500x higher.

 

  Twitter posts from Individuals living in TN have reported the disappearance of large numbers of chemtrail streaks. Another individual states that the spraying has resumed.

  Kentucky, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Pennsylvania have also started legislation to ban unauthorized, discreet chemtrails in their states.

 

  Anyone who is a targeted individual living in Tennessee please comment whether the chemtrails have cleared and your microwave attacks have stopped.
