Mr H
Something I made up. I find it quite useful feel free to use yourself... When we are put into environments, the way we act within a particular environment will be complicit with character archetypes. However, people normally operate within the same 1 or two environments, meaning they are operating within a couple of archetype frame works. What happens when you are put into a new environment. Some people will naturally adapt very quickly. But many of us will struggle, if someone attacks you in the street, you meet the person of your dreams in the street, your dream opportunity presents itself. Many will freeze, fight or flight, or use inappropriate archetype for the situation. It's quite hard to switch if you're not used to it What to do? Fake it till you make it. Brain knows no difference between real and imagined experience. I wrote down the most important archetypes I need for my highest goals and to meet major life challenges. Identity the ones not embedded. And embed them each morning via visualisation. So, when the time comes I am ready to step up to the plate and perform optimally. Just to give you an idea some of the ones I recently embedded The joker The lover The warrior You can then play around and practice these roles during the day...
