This video is just under 30 minutes long. I found it to be informative, easy to follow, and quite enjoyable. For example, they suggest focusing on three things that you are grateful for before getting out of bed, to start off the day better. Also, there’s logical reasoning provided for the practice of forgiveness- for your own sake, to get rid of the downers of grudges and resentment. They touch on people being their authentic selves. A bonus for anyone who enjoys looking at art, there’s captivating pictures throughout the entire thing. These are just a few reasons why I enjoyed this video. Just happened to find it today. I hope others derive some benefits from it as well.
