Two weeks after Syrian-British journalist and activist Richard Medhurst was arrested at Heathrow Airport, Sarah Wilkinson's home has been raided by police who arrested her and seized electronic devices.
Sarah Wilkinson a pro-Palestinian human rights activist has been an outspoken critic of the Israel's genocidal assault on the Palestinians in Gaza and was part of an international coalition that tried to deliver humanitarian aid directly to them.

I don't know much about her. We need to wait for the full story. Regardless of what she has/hasn't done or has/hasn't said, I would guess that the primary motive for this arrest is to try and spread fear in the journalistic community (not MSM).

One of many. In the 1970s, the South Africans imported so many weapons from Israel that it accounted for 35% of Israel's arms exports. Not only that, SA allegedly supplied Israel with enough uranium "yellowcake" to build a few bombs.
