Autonomy was eventually sold to Hewlett Packard for a $8bn, but HP then claimed to have found some irregularities in Autonomy's accounting. As a result Mike Lynch and the former chief financial officer Sushovan Hussain, were taken to court in the US accused of over inflating Autonomy's valuation. Observations Posted August 22, 2024 Share Posted August 22, 2024 There was a clip on LBC news, an Italian voice that was translated for ‘us’ saying the forecast was well known, the fishermen were not out, it was a vessel of importance, and the crew should have got everyone in the ‘something’, not the cabins. It’s pretty much all over the news, so is ‘this’ just saying, yes this is all obvious and something is up?! Also I was rolling my eyes on Monday at the quick mention of warming seas and climate change. Sorry I should say the Swift mention …funnily enough I nearly did put swift.
