So his entire security detail missed a roof sized blind spot with a clear view of the stage? I thought they all used drones these days as well? Its not like the shooter was hiding in a postbox or tree trunk. He literally climbed up on to a roof. Bystanders were apparently warning the secret services but they did not act. A bit like Jack Ruby. Somehow he got past all the security (basically let in the back door) and shot his target. It does look like Trump was lucky. That movement of the head saved his bacon. So I am a little unsure atm. On the one hand I think if they wanted him dead then he would be, but perhaps that movement of his head ruined their dastardly plans. A bit like if JFK just happened to tie his shoe laces when the bullets fired at him… On the other hand, maybe it was just a failed lone shooter who had done his planning and executed it almost to perfection….
