Michael Mosley disappeared on Greek island

Some of his advice is good, such as showing how low-carb diets and intermittent fasting can reverse diabetes (this has been intensely resisted by certain quarters, though: will we be told he died of 'diabetic complications', this constituting 'proof' that low-carb diets are dangerous and don't work?).

There might be a conflation above - low carb regimes are not healthy - very short term that's fine but when you trick the body into (effectively "starvation mode") a kind of panic button gets activated hence when going back to consuming whatever is considered a normal carb intake, essentially the body stores everything as fat (it's experienced "famine" before and it doesn't want to experience it again kind of thing) yo yo dieters come to  mind.

Intermittent fasting doesn't = low carb.  I have been an "overt" intermittent faster for more than a decade (and nothing to do with MM) - I was also an intermittent faster in the 1980's (but I had to abandon it because the psychopath I'd inadvertently married demanded 3 meals a day)😀

My regime means I have an empty tummy for at least 13 hours every day but I eat exactly what takes my fancy (all food home cooked).  IF encourages autophagy - a pro-survival mechanism.

Whilst that is indeed an interesting article, if he is/ was a spook then the likelihood of him writing those articles pro covid is pretty slim. More likely they slapped his name on it.

Intermittent fasting really works. I think the longer term stuff is over rated but the 16 hr one is simple.

Are any if the TV docs real? That would be my question.

Fasting is good for the body and the spirit. I've done a few juice fasts and felt great afterwards but you've got to eliminate the toxins  that build up during the fast otherwise you can get really sick.

Michael Mosley was born on the 22nd of March. 22 symbolism has been discussed over on the Hainault topic (which has been quoted here) and also we have seen the number 22 over and over again in false flag / terrorist attacks.

Lee Rigby murder - 22nd of May
Manchester Arena bombing - 22nd of May
Westminster terrorist attack - 22nd of March
2011 Norway attacks - 22nd of July
Crocus Hall attack - 22nd of March

These are just some of the attacks that took place on the 22nd, so possibly Michael Mosley being born on the 22nd of March could be symbolic somehow? And also he was 67 when he died, 6+7=13. Just a thought 🙂

what have terrorist attacks got to do with when he was born? Seriously, this is ridiculous. Mountains and molehills spring to mind.

Just read this on BBC News website, 3 tourists (2 American & 1 Dutch) have disappeared on Greek Islands in as many days.

Greek officials are searching for a US tourist who went missing after going on a hike alone on the island of Amorgos.

Local officials say Albert Calibet, 59, vanished on Tuesday afternoon. His friend reported him missing when he did not return from his hike.

A second American tourist, a 55-year-old, has also gone missing in Greece, on the island of Mathraki, north west of Corfu, according to local media.

And a 74-year-old Dutch tourist disappeared on Sunday on the island of Samos.

Particularly the Greek islands it would seem - currently there are 9 dead and/or missing tourists ( apart from one ex cop yank aged 57, the others are "Retiring/useful age" (in terms of Spooks anyway) 🫢  I am told that every island has at least one "somebody who is not what they seem"!

(Actually that has nudged  a memory for me - when I came here 30 years ago (from London to "not even a hamlet and no hot water") I remember being told that every village had a "stasi")

Do you think all the missings are having a conference in Greece? 🤔

Or that it is a covenient place to have a boating accident for the purpose of tax?

Two more tourists have died in Greece after going missing while out on walks - the latest in a string of deaths in the country amid 'history-making' high temperatures.

A Dutch tourist was found lying face down in a ravine by a fire service drone on the eastern island of Samos early on Saturday morning. The 74-year-old had last been seen struggling to walk in the heat, according to local reports, and was discovered around 300 metres from where he was last seen.

Then on Sunday, a 55-year-old American was found dead by another tourist on a remote rocky beach on the island of Mathraki after he was reported missing by a friend on Thursday.

A number of holidaymakers remain missing on Greek islands as the blistering heat continues, including two French women and an American man named as Albert Calibet.

A chevato on every street corner

I think that’s standard practice for every country in the world.

Some think it’s super secret surveillance but it was shown that in stasi Germany, something like 95% of all cases and reports were from snitch testimony. People are just not to be trusted.
It’s like that round here, you say one thing to your neighbour the next minute the cops are repeating it when you walk past them in town.

Most people are snitches as they get a tax credit boost, discount at ‘their’ businesses, shopping vouchers and free food from their overlords.

I’ve even seen agents from the council and police snitch department delivering car boot loads of food and drink during Xmas to their best informants.

Its quite out in the open if you know how to look.

Trust no one-literally

Seems to me that that could be the agenda they're surreptitiously promoting, stay at home in your 15 minutes city, where we, your caring government, can watch over you and take care of you just as if you are our very own lab rats to nurture and experiment on! You'll soon settle down and get used to it, and you'll learn to love it, just like every other good citizen of this new Utopia will!👍download-2024-06-10T190228_683.jpg.3e12fda3c7e4ae415cb5f38f5488d962.jpg

Allegedly throwing them overboard to their deaths. Interesting timing.

Because I wasn't there (and neither were the documentary makers I don't suppose) it's difficult to know whether that is actually true - certainly given the very ugly state of people's minds (everywhere) it's a "possibility".

Did the documentary also show that (in this instance) the "migrants" had been collected in camps in Turkey, facilitated with rubber boats (and I phones etc.) and then launched the very short distance to the nearest Greek island e.g. Mytilene (Lesbos) or a Dodecanese island.  It's the same story for the UK dinghy people i.e. gendarmes facilitate the boats, hang about at the "line of demarcation" and then wait for UK Border Patrol nauticals to escort the dingies to "safety" in the UK - the only difference is that the UK gives loads of dosh to the French.

Why no documentary about e.g. - (I know the answer but I woke up in a right grumpy mood today because I am sick of all the evil bollox) 🫢

Not Greece, but another missing tourist; this time a 19 year old lad from Lancashire has gone missing in Tenerife. Last trace of him was a phone call to "a friend" saying he was lost and thirsty and his smartphone battery was almost dead.

If I was a tourist I'd carry a back pack with two charged portable battery packs, not wander off on my own to isolated places, and always take a litre bottle of water and loose change (so as to pay for extra water at kiosks and top up phone credit etc).

I don't even go out to my local shops without a small bottle of water!

Yes I saw this yesterday and instantly thought of this thread.

Sounds a bit dodgy.

Playas de las Americas is a shithole, and he’s brave for staying there.

I remember when I went there at 20 yrs old, I was walking back to our apartment from a girls apartment after a little twos company, at 4.30am along a street that ran next to the beach. The street had side lanes that went off into shops and arcades. The street was lined with black prostitutes offering themselves then hissing at me when I declined them. A massive, literally 7ft man with a moustache and beer belly emerged from a side alley and motioned to me to come into the alley, which went below ground level, he kept gesturing to follow him. I just ignored the cunt and walked quicker.

It’s not a nice place to be honest.
Even the British businesses are shit out there. Some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten in my life was from the ‘English Rose Cafe’ along the Playas. Gives the brits a bad name.

Some of the locals absolutely hate tourists, maybe he got kidnapped and sold into organ harvesting, or had a Michael Moseley incident

That was rather sinister! But who in their right mind would follow a sinister 7 foot dude into an alley....

Most likely a Mosely incident- collapsed from dehydration. The police should follow the birds of prey and the flies.

Plenty of crims in the UK! If there's any narrative it's more to do with discouraging flying due to air pollution and environmental issues.

Anyway, I'm long done with holidaying. Quite content to go to my local parks for a walk (with a bottle of water!) and visit a coffee shop on the way home.

Lad called Jay Slater avoided prison for being involved in an assault that resulted in some kid having his head split open by a golf club/machete attack.

Now on holiday in Tenerife, he ends up at an apartment of some stranger and attempts to walk 11 hours back to his own accomodation, through a hikers trail over a mountainous area.

EDIT: Totally forgot to include the fact that he went missing on his walk back, and has been missing the 16th June.

If you watch the interview with his mum, Karen Matthews would get the Oscar over her. £30k raised on Go Fund Me going to god knows where. All very suspect.

Lots of Twitter rabbit holes about this guy.

Seems a girl he was hanging about with has a pretty impressive recent travelling history back and forth between the islands and Morocco. Read a fairly believable twitter claim they were both selling drugs for the type of people you don’t mess around with, he somehow “lost” his product and therefore didn’t have any money.

Supposedly he was taken while the girl (and a few others) were told to come up with the €30k he owed or he wouldn’t be seen again (his mum being fully aware of this, hence the fundraiser).

Now I write it all down myself, it does seem a bit of a story (no doubt influenced by his dodgy past and the bizarre fundraiser).

Maybe he just got lost on a long walk

Very interesting! That was left out in the stories about his disappearance. Sherlock Holmes would tell you that the facts he has a criminal past and has been keeping unsavoury company are keys to him going missing.

Hi everyone my name is Lucy. I have come on holiday to Tenerife to attend the NRG festival with my friend Jay & another friend. On the last day of the festival, I left alone, earlier than everyone else, because I was tired from the weekend. I woke up to a phone call off Jay at 8:30 AM saying “he was lost in the mountains, he wasn’t aware of his surroundings, he desperately needed a drink & his phone was on 1%”. He had met 2 people on Sunday night and left with them to go to their apartment. Their apartment was miles away from civilisation and in a very secluded location. He left at 8am, and walked half an hour before frantically ringing me when his phone reached 1%. This was 3 days ago now, and no one has seen or heard from him since. His last location was on an off road track, which was a 10 hour walk from his hotel. The weather conditions up there are terrible for someone in shorts & a t-shirt, both in the day & at night. He has no water for when it’s warm through out the day, and he has no coat/suitable clothing for when it’s cold at night. It was 1 degree and extremely windy when I was out looking in the middle of the night We are all so worried and we just want him home. Please help if you can and share far and wide. Thank you for reading ❤️

Indeed.

If what those Reddit folks are saying is true, if she’s going back and forth to Morocco and Mediterranean islands regularly then it doesn’t take a genius to work out what she’s up to, ie:

stuffing her vag with various narcotics and bringing them through customs undetected, (a mule basically) for their drug dealing boss’s business back in England - who had the kid whacked in Tenerife.

Shes in it up to her neck, or should I say cervix
