LastOneLeftInTheCounty
They say boredom is an ‘emotion’ of conservatism, meaning if your bored you’re not doing what you really want to do. This may be because of responsibilities, having enough time, self regulation etc. Knowing boredom can make the rest of life seem more exciting and rewarding, when fun times begin again. What are the things that make you bored? Why? How do you remedy your boredom?
DaleP
Boredom, to me, is like a disconnection from the creative force. Of course, there are inbetween periods where rest is needed from studying hard or after completion of a project but that is a break. When you are connected or not blocked, there is endless ideas and curiosity, thirst for knowledge etc. Never get bored. https://imgur.com/gallery/surfing-bird-RXxhdQH https://imgur.com/gallery/i-keeps-happening-Qy6u6If Edited May 24, 2024 by DaleP

Boredom is just consciousness occupying itself with the thought form, "I am bored" Kind of an oxymoron really as consciousness is occupying and entertaining the very thought, "I am bored" The remedy for being bored. Is to be able to sit in a room by yourself in silence for 30 mins. Or do to the most mundane tasks imaginable until you find joy in them.
